Consistently terrible. If you're wanting to try their new "white hot" menu items don't even bother. The last 3 times I have ordered the white hot steak nacho fries burrito the white hot hot sauce was MIA. I'm guessing they don't have the sauce, and are just not telling the customers? If not their pure lack of competence is laughable at best. The best part is when I called them to ask why the sauce wasn't on the new menu items I heard an employee pick up the phone and slam it back down.... Really? I understand if they are understaffed but at least inform the customer that now is not a good time to talk. Tried calling back 30min later, same thing, customer picks up the phone and slams it back down. After several spaced out attempts they just ended up leaving the phone off the line so customers calling would get a line busy tone. I would be happy to see this location go out of business as there are way more problems we could list, go to Wendy's if you're looking for some good customer service. I really hope this taco bell is demolished and turned into a del taco...
Read moreI was quite disappointed with the recent renovation at Taco Bell. Many of the seating options now lack back support, which makes dining in much less comfortable. Additionally, the placement of the self-ordering machines seems poorly thought out. They are positioned in the same area as the in-person order counter, creating congestion and making it difficult for customers to use the kiosks efficiently.
What’s even more concerning is the design choice regarding the entryway. Typically, in Wyoming’s cold climate, restaurants include a double-door entry system to help minimize drafts and keep the interior warm. However, this location made the unusual decision to cut a large opening in the wall to add a rack, which, ironically, doesn’t appear to be used. Read moreThis was the worst tacobell I have ever been too. As an x employee of a different tacobell I can say how disappointed I was seeing the unprofessional these individuals had. Our cashier was friendly and entertaining he cared about the customers. But the manager and the other workers and x employees of this tacobell were displaying sexual orientation and profanity that I had to shelter my young children from. The food was gross. My kids and my husband could not eat it. I had a hard time with my meal as well with burt items and crunchy rice. I was afraid that we would get food poisoning. Then the ice machine was not producing ice so they put out a bucket that all the customers could get ice by sticking their cups in and scooping out the ice. But the sanitation behind this is low and the I e melted into water. So epic fail guys tighten it up. Fix yourself. I heard from two customers that this used to be a good place...
