First let me start by saying Christiana, you are a phenomenal woman, with a great personality, and a clearly beautiful heart! Running the bar, waiting tables, hostessing completely alone, and never missed a beat. AMAZING JOB!
I highly recommend stopping here if you've never had Ruby Tuesday's. My husband and I are here on business this week and stopped in, where Christiana greeted us, and seated us. We had never been to a Ruby Tuesday's before, so we were excited to be there. And they did not disappoint. Our waitress was exceptional, she was fast to get us served and taken care of, and we never had an empty glass. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, mixed with that Wyoming rustic look. Chefs kiss.
We both ordered steak meals, and they were happy to accommodate any request to change or add sides, and the steaks were juicy, well seasoned and cooked perfectly. Also, we strongly recommend the bourbon BBQ ribs. Fall off the bone, juicy, with that sweet sauce. Yum!
While food is very important to make or break a successful restaurant, the way you feel while there is equally important. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel like they were HAPPY we were there. They wanted to give us a great experience, they ENJOYED the work they did and took pride in thier job. That's something that's pretty rare these days, and to stumble upon just that, was awesome.
We look forward to returning here whenever we're in town.
Thanks for an...
Read moreWe came in to eat tonight. This is normally our favorite place to eat. We waited 20 minutes for a high top (we requested) even though there were 3 high tables empty, we were told it would be a 10 minute wait. After 15 minutes asked why we couldn't be seated with tables available, the hostess told us that we would have to wait for first come. So we waited. Once seated, Kayla, our waitress was friendly, helpful, and immediately took our drink and menu order. We then waited for 1 hour and 20 minutes for our food. When we finally got our food the food was undercooked and/or raw in the center. Kayla had to take it back. I had asked for double zucchini instead of rice and originally didn't receive it. Kayla was trying everything to get our order correct. Once we received our meal again, the fish was cooked correctly and good as usual. The exception was my husbands steak pieces in the ramen bowl had evidently been nuked when we sent it back and it came out rubbery. At this point, he just accepted it. We were hungry. Kayla was an excellent waitress but the kitchen evidently needs help. To not check to make sure fish is cooked before sending it out is in my mind inexcusable. If you need help then either the managers need to work the missing shift peoples time or hire more help. We were discounted our meal for the problems. I hope the tip we left for Kayla was totally...
Read moreHad to wait for a hostess to notice we were there, which included several other staff awkwardly avoiding eye contact. Our server was great, friendly and as attentive as she could be, but she appeared to be the only server working. The salad bar was why we picked RT for dinner, but it was dismal. Items were spilled all down the line, things were dripped into other containers, and some looked like they had mold floating on the fluid surrounding the veggies. The potato salad had been sitting so long the top was crusty and brown. The shrimp fondue looked like a bowl of vomit, which was difficult to get past, but once in, it was so salty it burned my tongue ( but better once it was stirred.) The entrees arrived with the appetizer, which arrived as we sat from our trip to the salad bar. When all of this was brought to the managers attention, "the guy that is doing the salad bar is doing ribs in the back right now" and "there is nothing we can do about the timing on those entrees that's a corporate thing." Customers don't care why their experience is bad, they want to know that they are valued and heard. If management doesn't care about quality, no one under them will either, and good servers like ours will...
