Worst experience ever!! Ordered two large pizzas from their special last Friday. Got to the store, walk in to the manager yelling at another employee (which she claims is her daughter after we told her she shouldn't speak to someone the way she was). Waited patiently until she was done yelling and doing what she was doing. However, the manager only made eye contact, but wouldn't speak up and ask about our order. Another employee finally asked what our order was and she went to ask the manager about the order. The manager angrily told that employee and us that our pizza wasn't there and it was given to someone else. Then told we have to wait another 20 minutes for our order (after it already being 20 minutes after placing the original order). Asked for a refund instead of the order because the managers attitude was so nasty and mean we really didn't want to deal with her angrily making our pizza, already obviously behind and stressed.. Tried to make it easier on her and she just got more mad. Eventually something was said to her that she needed to calm down because she was starting to cuss and really just act super unprofessional. Before leaving the lobby, she threw a pizza cutter at my boyfriend and there were other customers in the lobby at the time. We were told twice that they couldn't give a refund at the store and that we would have to call corporate. The lady on the phone acted like she didn't know what happened but didn't apologize once and acted confrontational towards me when I called. No "manager" was available either and I haven't even gotten a call back from the store owner, which I left a message for. No names were ever given when we called to complain. No action has been taken and I have reached out to corporate twice now. If you call corporate there are no live reps to complain to or even ask for refund.. you have to talk to a bot online that "submits your feedback" or submit a email form. The $20 I paid, I may never get back, but I'm not giving up yet. I stressed to the lady on the phone that the actions of her co-worker (if it wasn't the lady that did it on the phone) could've gotten someone, even an innocent bystander, hurt. Pizza cutters aren't razor sharp.. but that thing flying at you from a anger-induced throw, could probably slice skin. I don't understand why I haven't gotten at least a call back or email from someone.. This is extremely concerning that business can be conducted this way. Read moreI am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Domino’s. My recent delivery was handled by a driver named Richard, and the experience was terrible from start to finish. When he arrived, Richard rang my doorbell and immediately threw my pizza on the ground. I have security camera footage that shows he didn’t even give me a chance to get to the door, even though I was already on my way. To make matters worse, he forgot to bring my soda. When he returned with it, he placed the soda on the ground as well.
I confronted him about this unprofessional behavior, and he just laughed. I then called the store to speak to the manager, hoping to resolve the issue. Instead of taking my complaint seriously, the manager defended Richard’s actions, claiming it was “protocol.” In my years of ordering from Domino’s, I have never had a delivery driver refuse to hand me my food. I expressed to the manager that I am not a dog, and I do not eat food off the ground, but my concerns were dismissed. The manager jokingly said he would credit my pizza and would refund my tip. I have not seen any confirmation of such.
This was by far the most disgusting and unprofessional service I have ever received. I am truly appalled by how this situation was handled and hope Domino’s takes immediate steps to address this kind of behavior.
UPDATE:
I called back to speak with the manager, William, after my recent horrible delivery experience with Domino’s. I reviewed my camera footage, which clearly shows the delivery driver, Richard, placing the pizza on the ground before even ringing my doorbell. He didn’t give me a chance to answer the door, and when he forgot my soda, he returned and placed it on the ground as well. I asked William if he would like to see the footage, but he declined, saying he didn’t need to see it. While he claimed he would address the issue, I was left feeling dismissed and unconvinced that any real action would be taken.
I’ve been a regular customer, but this experience, combined with the lack of professionalism and customer care from both the driver and the manager, has completely turned me off from ordering here again. I hope Domino’s will take this feedback seriously and work on improving their service standards.

Called around. They said it was in fact this store. Called back. Suddenly our order was being handed to a driver....20 minutes ago. Website says it's still in Prep. The absolute worst store ever. Only reason we tried again was because my wife wanted to. MEVER AGAIN. Incompetency at its finest.
Jan 2022: Called several hours ago and ordered a lare pizza (with extra toppings), and order of buffalo wings and hawaiian chicken bites. Hours later, the pizza arrived...ICE COLD, and it didn't include ANY of the additional toppings that we paid for. I opened the box of buffalo wings and was appalled. It was a box of breaded dimestore wings with crappy sauce squirted on it. I called the store and was told we could have another order.. if we wanted to wait at least an hour or so, or credit. The whole experience was ridiculous, and unfortunately, this is the second time we ran into this at this particular store. Never Again.
Jan 2021: We called on Friday evening at 6:15 and ordered 2 Pizzas and wings. The tracker showed the order was received. After 15 minutes in PREP, we attempted to call to make sure they received the order. We were on hold for over 30 minutes. No one ever answered the phone.
