This coffee shop is absolutely amazing! The customer service is outstanding, and every visit feels special. This is only my second time coming to this location, but both times I had the pleasure of speaking with Theo and Rocky. He makes the experience so enjoyable with great conversations and ensures my coffee has been perfect every single time.

On my last visit, I also had the chance to meet a member of the management team, who came in with such positive energy. It was refreshing to see him engaging with both guests and staff in such a genuine and uplifting way.

Beyond the great coffee and service, I love how this shop supports the community. The artwork on the walls comes from local schools, and they even sell some of the student art projects. They also partner with local vendors for cute merchandise and use a bulletin board to promote nearby Businesses.

One of the most unique things about this shop is that they freshly roast their coffee on-site and create fun, themed drinks each season. It’s clear they put care and creativity into everything they do.

This is quickly becoming one of my favorite spots, and I’m looking forward to many...

Owners do not care :( I should've read recent reviews. I live nearby & would love to call this my coffee shop, but I've spent so much money for inconsistent coffee and slow customer service. Today my cold brew lacked coffee & flavor. The drive thru speaker doesn't work sometimes and the grounds are in disrepair. Sometimes there's not many people there but it takes 30 min to get through. But mostly it's the coffee drinks, they are rarely on point, are smaller & more expensive against Friendly Bean, Starbucks etc. This is a "large (medium)" "cold brew coffee (milk)" for $6.50. Would totally edit my post to support this small business but it needs attention from the owner. My review 9 months ago: I really want to love this place because it's in sort of a coffee desert in my neighborhood, but the flavor has consistently lacked in all of the lattes I've ordered. The pricing is top-tier too, so...

Blueberry Matcha is good. They have a great tea selection. The Honey Rush is good. On one visit, the barista handed me a caramel macchiato when I had ordered an Americano. Simple mistake and they quickly made the right drink, however, I paid for the macchiato which was over a dollar more than the Americano, and they did not offer to refund the extra amount that it cost. Espresso is good. The two girls working both seemed like they were having a bad day, and also looked as if they didn't care one bit about their appearance. It was late afternoon and they looked messy and disheveled. I felt sad for them, whatever was going on. The atmosphere of this place is extremely outdated and needs a makeover. It also is not very clean. Overall I would say it's a good place to stop in if you're local and desperately just need a coffee, but I would never make plans to go, or take friends or...

Love this place!!! The people are amazing, so friendly and helpful. Unlike other places, they have a TON of sugar-free flavors. I got a latte with sugar-free Irish Cream and it was delicious!!! Also got a fresh croissant that was buttery and flakey like it is supposed to be. Yum! The last (and first) time I drove thru at Head Rush, they made a leaf design on the top of my latte that was so pretty! It was the first time I've ever had a fancy design on a latte. The barista made sure to show me before she put the lid on. She made me feel so special! I can't wait to go back. We need one of these places in Parkville!
