Superbly disappointed in the quality I received on my take-out order. First off, it was on the expensive side, priced right up there with the best (Pizzicatto, Pizza Schmizza, etc), but I was hungry and tired after work so I placed the order. Pizza was done on time, which was good, took the pizza home (4 blocks away) and got plates and forks ready to chow down. Started to take the first slice out and realized right away this pizza sucked. It was a Genoa with lots of meat and for some reason they put all of the greasy toppings below the cheese, just asking the crust to soak up all the grease. I understand trying to be "different" but there is a reason toppings go on TOP of the cheese. The pizza did not have any sauce what-so-ever. Crust was SOAKED with grease, like floppy spongy gross we towel soaked. And keep in mind I transported the pizza for a total of about 2 minutes. The pizza from Pizza Hut would have been delivered to my door, in less time, for the same price, and have been of decent quality. Seeing that even a homeless person would have had second thoughts about munching down on this pizza I hopped back on my scooter and brought the pizza back. After telling the dude taking pizzas out of the oven that the pizza was soggy and I didn't want it, he said "yeah those pizzas tend to do that." WTF?!?! Of course they do, you don't have to be Gordon Ramsey to know that when you put a half pound of salami and meat directly on the crust it will be soggy almost instantly. If any managers or owners read this, please take note that it is a very bad idea to build your pizzas with the toppings under the cheese, it just doesn't work and even your employees know. Lastly when the high school girl gave me cash back she shot me a pretty dirty look...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI called and inquired about the salad bar. I was told it shut down an hour before close. (They close at 9) I show up at 7:03 after a 20 minute drive and then I'm refused service. They said they were just packing it up due to staffing issues. It would have taken less than 2 minutes for them to allow me to make a salad. Ive worked in this industry before, they were simply closing early and refusing to do the work that i had clearly called about to see if it was available. She could have easily served me as a paying customer but apparently they dont put customers first. By there own words I should have had a full hour (till 8) to make a salad I drove for 20 minutes to get. I asked to speak to a manager (i never do that but this was clearly the staff being lazy and non helpful). I was lied too and told he was busy, i called 10 minutes later and they refused to let me to speak to anyone willing to help me. I intend on filing a complant due to the fact its clear the staff was trying to close early and not be accommodating to a paying customer. I drove 20 minutes to be told, "sorry we put the lettuce away already". If this was a true business i would have been served. It was a full hour before the specified shut down time. This is simply bad and lazy service. You could easily wash a pair of tongs to make a sale, i just wanted a salad that i was told would be available. After all that time and gas to realize a lazy employee doesnt want to do their job is really disappointing. Being short staffed is one thing, refusing to do your job is another. This was clearly bad customer service. If your reading this please understand this place is staffed my lazy kids who dont...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe pizza is fine, but the customer service is the worst, so I won't be back. They quoted about 30 mins for the pizza to be ready, and I showed up around then. I'm not sure if they called my name prior to me showing up, or if they just never called my name, but either way I was sitting there for about another 45 mins before getting my pizza... and I had to go ask them about it otherwise I would have sat there all night. The guy at the register said to get the pizza around the corner from the register. There were a couple of people waiting and I heard them call people's names so I thought they would tell us when it was ready. Nope. They let us sit there for a super long time as people came and went, and not once did they ask for my name or anything in an attempt to help. I walked up to the counter eventually and asked about it. Instead of just being a decent human being, the girl rolled her eyes, grabbed the pizza and gave it to me, and then didn't bother to say anything to me. She just turned to the kid next to her and said "you called this name right?". She didn't apologize for the misunderstanding or explain what to do in the future or anything. Just completely rude. Not to mention, when I was paying for the pizza in the beginning, the guy answered the phone and told the person he's busy and to hold on, and then said to the person on the phone to be patient and not just get frustrated and hang up then call back. Apparently that happens a lot, which I can understand is probably frustrating, but answering the phone that way is really rude. I would not recommend this place to anyone simply because of the...
