Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Gladstone

I went to Little Ceasers this morning I placed a order for take out the girl at the register rang me up I paid for my order I gave the girl 30 dollars I went to go sit down and looked at my receipt I seen on my receipt that one of my pizzas was messed up so I went back to the counter and told the girl that rang me up and she realized she messed up and she got a A SO CALLED MANAGER THAT DID KNOW WHAT SHE WAS DOING she canceled my order she called herself refunded me only a little of my money and she called her DUMB ASS had the nerve to ring up my order again and the DUMB ASS Manager had the nerve and told me I had to pay another amount which I only got a little of my refund back only a couple of dollars which I had already gave them 30 dollars I only so I will never spend my money there at that store especially when you have YOUNG ASS KIDS as so called sloppy Mangers that does not know there JOB AT ALL I give that Manger there that had Blonde and Black hair this morning a NEGATIVE 1 And the store a Negative 1 and the rest of the staff also at that Location in Gladstone the young ASS staff will rip you off they think people are stupid when it comes to money I am far from being dumb and stupid when it cones to my money so I would not recommend no one to place there order in person from that HORRIBLE PLACE the staff there SUCKS they need Grown up people to Run that store the whole situation that happen this Morning it ruined my whole day if I had corporate office number I definitely would have called to let them know the staff there this morning was HORRIBLE especially that so called manager there that had BLACK AND BLONDE hair I will never spend my money...

This place is NEVER READY!! They quote you 11 minutes for a pizza that was ordered ahead of time to avoid the line like their menu board says and to top it off a single pass through that oven is timed at 5 minutes. Then you stand there and talk to the person who was there ahead of you and find out that the second time he enters the store to find out if his pizza is ready.. Its not. He was told another 5 minutes on a cheese pizza. He said he was done and walked away. I then watched an employee, whom none of are wearing a hat, with sunglasses upside down on the back of his head go and change stickers on all the ICBs then take one to the back, where him and multiple other employees are standing around eating. Im pretty sure you are not allowed to have a back door propped open at a restaurant without a screen according to the health department not to mention employees blowing smoke or vape into the door with a fan assisting in the outside air coming in. Lastly 5 pizza now cost 7.. 40% increase.. Sad.. No other fast food establishment has gouged for inflation so hard. Wish this was a corporate owned store. New franchise losing grip on the reality of their investment and need to find a real manager to...

Placed an online order to be ready for pick up at 5pm. I arrive at the store about 10 minutes prior to pick up time. I sit in my vehicle waiting for the email saying that my order was ready. I waited, and waited, and waited. All the while I am sitting there waiting, this employee keeps bringing out orders to people's vehicles; not once does this employee address me in any way, shape, or form. I went inside, looking at the Pizza Portal machines for my name twice; not one employee addresses me again. After more than an hour of waiting for the email about my order, I finally went back inside a third time. Stood in line at the register, and when the customer in front of me was finished, all the employees went to the kitchen area and left me standing there yet another 5 minutes. When the employee finally came back to the register, he wouldn't speak to me. I show him my original order email, telling him that I have been waiting over an hour to be notified that my order was ready. He then says in the lowest of voices, our machines aren't working. That whole time my order was sitting in their warmer. This location will no longer get my business because they have idiots working...
