Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Glasgow

The pizza is usually ok here. Sometimes it can vary depending on who is working there. Some employees are more dedicated compared to others. Our family can't have pork, so we made a special request that none of our topping come in contact with pork and utensils are washed before hand. One awesome male employee assured us that it would be no problem and they would take care of us. However, 2 other male employees, who seemed less dedicated and possibly mischievous were there as well. We got the pizza and sure enough, there was a piece of pork right on top of it...like it was placed there intentionally. We believe it was done by the mischievous-looking employees that did it for a joke. We were not amused and we take this matter seriously. We informed Domino's about it and they were great about making it right. Much respect and appreciation to that dedicated employee who took care of us and covered a lot of slack from the other less dedicated employees. We will never again order from this Domino's. This isnt the first time weve had issues, but the final straw. We placed an order online, and almost 2 hours later, we still don't have our order. After trying several times to call, never once talking to anybody and waiting on hold forever, we decided we've had enough. I drove to the location, told someone that we hadnt gotten our order after 2 hours, was only told, "that doesnt surprise me", then walked away and hid in the back. Someone else asked if i had been helped, butnby this point, i was fuming. I cancelled my order, and told them, "Ill never order from here again." I also noticed while i was there that the phone rang the entire time I was in there, roughly 6-7 minutes, and not one person attended to it. I ordered the large New York with the jumbo folding slices that you eat that is a New York Pizza what they sold me was a thin crust large pizza cut up in all different sizes I was 5 minutes away from their location my pizza was ice cold when I checked it. When I tried explaining this was not a New York Pizza and the food was cold yes she offered to remake it but that means I would have had to backtrack waste more gas and on top of it get the same kind of pizza. What's the advertisement is false the manager told me they take a medium pizza and stretch it. That is definitely not New York Pizza.
