What ever happened to good customer service? Today my family decided to drive 40 minutes one way to get to Freddys. A business who previously has never failed us. However, today I can assure you it was NOT the same. After placing an almost 70 DOLLAR order, yes really it was that expensive, the order was wrong. I understand the drive though can be difficult to take orders in, but that is not the customers burden. We placed our order and you didn’t do your job of reading the order back to us or asking any questions to verify the order was correct. As your customer I had no idea you had gotten my order wrong. I also know for a fact that we didn’t order fries because my family NEVER orders fries here, we always pay the up-charge to get cheese curds or onion rings. Upon checking my food (after I had paid) we came to the realization that a cheese curd was missed, we confronted the worker. He proceeded to argue with us and question if we knew what we ordered. After this confrontation, he then wanted to see our receipt. Whoever took our order got it wrong, again, not the customers problem. What was the expectation from the worker here? To pester us until we just give up a leave? Drive off with an order we DID NOT want? He went back and forth with us wasting both of our time. He then said we had to pay for them, okay fine, so we did. The last straw for me was when we were asked to pull forward and sit around and wait on an order of cheese curds. I get you guys are timed for vehicles sitting in the drive through, but wow. How unprofessional to make us sit and wait even longer because of a mistake your workers did. Poor customer service. Next time we have a big order, we will find another business to give our money to. Not once was this guy sincere or apologetic for the inconvenience. Hope it was worth it for you guys over some $4 cheese curds on a $70 order that YOU made...
Read moreToday my family and I went to Freddy’s to get lunch after church. We went to the drive thru. It took almost ten minutes to receive our order once we pulled around to the window. Once we received our order, we headed home. When we got home and unpacked our order, we were missing a good portion our order. I immediately called the store, asked to speak with the manager and informed them we were missing items from our order. I was told I had to come back right then to receive the rest of our order or they could send a card with a complementary meal. I explained we did not live in town and could come back later the same day. I was rudely told that if I did not come back immediately, I would have to wait to receive the card in mail in a few days. We went back and had to wait another ten minutes to receive what they failed to put in the bag in the first place, with no apologies, much attitude, and treated like it was our fault the items were not put in the bag. WORST SERVICE EVER!!! I wish I did not have to give any stars. I would not recommend, will not return, and I will let all my friends, family and acquaintances know not...
Read moreWent there for a late lunch. Place wasnt too busy. Tables, booths and area around drink and condiments was clean. Food was excellent. One in our group ordered chicken tenders decided to get thr 5 piece instead of the 3 piece. Thinking that 3 wouldn't be enough. After getting his chicken tenders he decided if he ordered it again he would definitely go with 3 piece. Was a very filling meal. The hamburgers and fries were excellent! Order was correct and quickly ready for us. One in our group had to wait a minute before they got their fries. They brought them out to our table. Looked like we got a basket of fries. Fresh and hot. Staff are friendly and helpful. Knew what was on the diffrent burgers we asked about. They came around and checked on us, offered to take our trash off the table. When we were done they came by and took our tray with empty baskets and trash for us. Will definitely return and recommend to...
