He ordered a steak Stromboli and the last time we ordered it was twice the size it it was this time. When we ordered before we never had to wait so long and was always happy with the food. My whole family orders from here for years,I've been getting food from there since they opened. Have ordered Calzone with meatballs many times from Nicks. I picked up the order and when I got home it was not a Calzone. There was no rigotta in it. It tasted terrible. I called and the manager continued to insist it was a Calzone. Well, I guess every other time they must have given me the wrong thing if this was a Calzone since it is nothing like what I have been given in the past. And, it was very greasy. He said he would make another but did not offer to deliver it and it is rush hour, I am not spending 45 more minutes in traffic to get what I should have gotten in the first place. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
