I usually don't write reviews, but after this experience, I had to. I went in around 1pm to get some lunch the other day, and there was no one behind the counter. I waited a few minutes and finally the "manager" told a young lady, probably a student at the college, to take my order. I asked for a large custom pizza, only pepperoni, and stuffed crust, which I normally get and since the pizza is $17.99 and stuffed crust is $3 extra, i usually pay around $24. But when she gave me my total, it was $31, not $24. I asked her why it was so much, and she told me "well i cant see the menu, so look for yourself". Not only that, but she wasn't in uniform (neither was her manager - they were both wearing black sweatpants and black hoodies, hoods up. I work in fast food, so that's the only reason why I'm criticizing this - being in uniform not only makes you seem approachable and friendly, but its a uniform for a reason). I then asked for just a medium no stuffed crust, and she kind of scoffed at me before changing it. I still paid about $21, which i know that she overcharged me or something. then, i sat down to wait, and a guy came in to pick up a pizza for doordash. the young lady wasn't at the register. I have to hand it to him, he waited for about 7 minutes before saying "hello", to a response of laughter from the back from the young lady and her manager. he said "hello" a few more times, about 3 minutes in between, just responded by more laughter. when she finally got to the counter, he was mad, and i was mad for him. after he got the doordash, he cussed them out under his breath. then, a few minutes later, i overheard the young lady talking with her manager as she was bringing my pizza out. she said "hes so broke he couldnt even afford a large pizza. and how does he even eat this?". i got offended, but i didn't say anything. she walked up and just plopped my pizza on the counter, not saying a word, and walked away. i gave this 2 stars because my last experience was so good, a different young lady was so polite, she helped me when i didn't know what to order, she let me know how long it would be (10 minutes, but it was actually only like 5), and she brought my pizza over to me. such a shame i couldn't have a half decent experience the...

Ordered a PZone for lunch for me and a friend. I had been raving about how good the PZone was so they finally decided to get one. I must admit that I had not had one for about five years. I remember them being pretty good.
We we got the delivery, the first thing we noticed is the Pzone looked nothing like the ad. Very light and undercooked. The marinara sauce was still cold and had ice chunks in it probably because it was saved from yesterday. The filling was non existent, mostly undercooked dough and some slightly melted cheese with some sausage and peppers that were just enough to give you a hint of flavor.
I don't know if this is a new recipe, but it's not how I remember them. They used to be more crisp and had a lot more filling. Also, the marinara was warm from what I remember. Needless to say, I paid for my friend's PZone because I was so embarrassed for persuading them to get one. We both thought it was a really poor presentation of what once was a pretty good selection. I didn't finish mine because I have a thing with undercooked food.
I wish I could recommend what used to be a pretty good deal. Probably some accountant was trying to save money on the ingredients. I would steer clear of this mostly because of the undercooked food. Also the skimpy choice of fillings make what once was a wonderful deal, an underwhelming selection.
UPDATE:
The manager from the store called me to offer me a coupon. This person wanted to try and convince me that the sauce was not frozen. Even though I told her three times that there were ice chips in my sauce, she wanted to end the conversation with "We don't freeze our sauce." She interrupted me and over talked me when I was trying to explain the order I received. It was like pulling teeth. She wanted to have the last word and was determined that we end the conversation with her truth. Like a sorry, not sorry. I finally had to end the conversation because she refused to listen to me.

But when they gave them to me I said to the girl at the counter “hey, I had 1 side of ranch”. She said yeah its in the container. I opened it and the ranch pack was thrown in and had bbq sauce all over it. Like why would you do that.?! I proceeded to open the other container of wings and there wasn’t even 8 wings in there and barley any sauce. She got the manager and he had an attitude as soon as he walked out. I said I’m not one to ever really complain but does this look acceptable to you.? Then with more attitude he says I can remake them but they are gonna be the same size. That wasn’t really the problem. There wasn’t even 8 wings in the container and the ranch pack was thrown in with sauce all over it. He proceeded to take them in the back an “re make them”. Brings them back out meanwhile the small pizza is cold at this point and I said “the side of ranch.?” He said oh i gave you 3… they are in the container…. With the wings… so at this point I'm pissed and the one order of wings was the same as the original. I said don’t you have a bag yo put them in and he says not really… we only have like 8 bags….🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️. So yeah I will never order from here again. I even pre tipped these people $5 in the app. With the cost of food and everything else in today’s world to be paying $30 for some boneless wings and a personal pizza from fast food my order should be PERFECT dam near.
