Is it a hoagie or a sub? Primo Hoagies Glassboro is here!! Where should I go next? #primohoagies #nj #glassboronj #hoagies

Got the buffalo cutlet sandwich, but there's no buffalo sauce. This thing is almost $18 for an incomplete sandwich. Not coming back, especially with so many better options in the area. I also got their equivalent to a corned beef reuben. It was cold, the corned beef and swiss cheese looked like the were bought in the ShopRite deli, there was almost no dressing, and the cheese wasn't even melted. 1 bad sandwich might be a fluke, but 2 is just indicative of the quality of food that they think the customers deserve. To those who have been around the Glassboro for a while, Tony Luke's and Ricci's both had much better subs than this place does and they both went out of business relatively quickly. This place won't last. I would recommend Jimmy John's, Peter and Son's, and Jersey Mike's instead.

Cashier was so rude, and disrespectful. I asked questions about my order and she said “this is a hoagie place, we have what every hoagie place has”. I have never seen so much attitude in a cashier in my life, and I expect more from a place that is overpriced.

I didn't get the name of the guy making the sandwiches, I think he might've been a manager/trainer, but dude's customer service was on point! It was my first time checking this place out, was kinda overwhelmed with all of the choices (who knew you could have so many different hoagies), and he helped me out figuring out what I wanted. Told him I didn't know what I wanted so he made me a pretty great old fashioned meatball hoagie with red pepper on the side, which was delicious. Caring, detail oriented service with a good product- what more could you want?

Edit: Went back and it was the same guy. it was Ross....

This place has to do better . This is not acceptable for customers . We as a family come in to eat and you have explicit music playing on the speaker . My sandwich was extremely terribly looking it was not appealing at all . I just stopped by Friday and literally I thought , primos stood by their name . Apparently this Rowan location isn’t it . Your employees roll their eyes . They side talk while look at us.. we wanted our sandwich fixed and it was a problem because they had to redo it. Honestly idk what’s going on with this location but it is not as exciting as we...
