Love the food here but have had trouble with my order probably 50% of the time lately. Today was the last straw for me, I picked up lunch for 4 office employees today. I should have checked but the bag was full and I was in a hurry so I went back to the office. I realized once I was there one of my selections was left off my order. If it was for me I would have just left it off but since it was for someone else I went back. It's probably a 11 minute drive for me with lunch traffic each way, so I call on the way so it will be ready. I never could get anyone to answer the phone so it would be waiting for me when I got there (The automated system did hang up on me twice after timing out).
Of course when I arrive, there is no ordering in person so I stand there for 4-5 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me at the counter. When I inform them I didn't get my item I picked up 20 minutes ago I get a "sorry" and get my food item in a couple of minutes. I wasted about 30 minutes to go pickup a $5 item. No "I will take that off your order" etc. Just "Sorry about that". If that would have been Chick Fila they probably would have comped the entire transaction. Normally I don't complain (you can see by the very few reviews I have written) but thirty minutes of my time, missing my lunch break, and being "too busy" to answer the phone was too much today. That's my last purchase here.
Follow up on 1/6/22. I was busy at work and someone was getting up a group order. I told them just "get me something" as I had to get on a conference call. When I get ready for lunch I was told "We ordered Panera", my first thought was there is no way it's going to be correct. When the guy returned with our lunch they left all 6 bags of chips off the order. As mentioned before, nobody is perfect. If they had an issue 1 out of 50 times that would be fine. I just don't know how the can't compare a receipt to the filled bag and get it right at least half the time when that is...

I ordered breakfast for my family on the app and everything seemed fine. It alerted me that my order would be ready for curbside pickup at 9:30 (it was about 9:15 at the time), which I accepted. I came here and waited. Five minutes went by, then ten minutes, then I checked the app. It said the food was ready, but no one ever came. Mind you, the app specifically tells you to add your car information and to turn in blinking lights for an employee to find you more rapidly. Half an hour later, I called but nobody answered the phone. So, I went inside the Panera Bread to see what was going on. I don’t understand why it took me going inside and asking about my order for anyone to assist. My name wasn’t even up on the screen to show that my food was ready. So, what happened? Who knows. It was also interesting to see that one customer had been waiting for 15 minutes, while another customer appeared to have received the wrong order. Anyway, I asked for a refund simply because I had someplace else to go and the food would have been cold even if they had ever shown it to me. It boggles my mind that no one would have bothered to follow up if I had kept waiting in the car, I’m sure of it.
Would I say that I will never eat Panera bread again? No, because the food didn’t do anything wrong to me lol. However, I will definitely make sure that I no longer go to this location and you shouldn’t either. Save your coins...
