Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Virginia

Probably one of the worst experiences ever with a Coldstone. Placed and order for three ice creams and a smoothie, online at around 8p. The order said it would be ready at 8:30. at 8:32 I went in to pick it up and asked for my order. The girl said it'll be five more minutes. they hadn't even started making it. I tried to call and and the guy that picked up the phone in the back "kitchen area" looked at the phone showed it to another girl and she said "im not taking that" so he answered said "hello, we are busy" and hung up. Now I am standing waiting and watching. The guy in the back starts kissing and snuggling the other girl in the back. My order is slowly being made. They make one and throw it on the counter and it starts to melt. same for the next three. I notice the "casanova" in the back put on a pair of orange gloves, touch a fridge, a cart and pick up trash from the ground touch a trash can. The person that was going to make my smoothie needed ice, goes in the back to ask for ice from casanova. he grabs the bin of ice and punches into the bin with the gloves he had just touched the floor and the trash can with... It's now 8:50p. As I look up I notice so much build up on the air vents and cobwebs, as the AC kicked on, the dust was falling right over where the ice cream was being prepared. Finally got my order at 9pm ...NO SPOONS.. I tried to call the next day to speak with a manager and was I told I couldn't. Unfortunately, this is a location I will not return to. Only 2 because the ice cream . Went to get the German chocolate cake ice cream, no coconut, no big deal. But every employee was out front gossiping loudly, no greeting. We opted to get the chocolate layer cake instead and the employee made us feel stupid saying "ok just chocolate then? Check in the cooler we have it there." Which before going up we did check, with none being in there. The guys making the ice cream were conversing while making our order, and forgot what we asked for. We got a waffle CUP and got a large waffle cone. The guy who rung us up asked what we got for a third time, and we said its supposed to be the chocolate layer cake. I went in just to stop and get something before me and my bf went home. We walked in and it was one, CROWDED. no social distance what do ever. No customers were wearing masks. We got our shakes and went to pay. No one helped us but instead helped the people behind us in line. They then stood there and said “what do you all need” at that moment I said “I’d like to pay but I guess i don’t have too huh?” I’m sorry I could’ve walked out without paying and you all could’ve never known.
