Almost comically good service. The food was fantastic, and everyone I went with was extremely happy. Stunning view too, and the restaurant, through it's reservation policy, kept the restaurant quite and more personal, if I can say that. It was a wonderful dining experience.
My only stipulation would be that there are some other absolutely wonderful restaurants in the area that are a little, or a lot, less expensive, so you could argue whether you think Blu is a good value. I usually don't think it's a fair comparison to draw, considering we are talking about different businesses, but these restaurants don't exist in a vacuum, and considering dinner cost over $400, even if it was one of the best meals I've ever had, I think it's fair to mention.
Again, the food here was near perfect, the service was probably the best I've seen in a restaurant, and if you order the duck confiet (forgive my spelling if it's wrong) you get a cute little receipt showing how many of the chefs special he's made up to your order. This was very rude and definitely not acceptable for a place that claims to be “high class”. This happened today, at around 6PM.
The restaurant looks very good otherwise and has a nice patio...

Lastly, Lauren’s dedication and warmth is a rare combination in the service industry.
