Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Glen Carbon

I went to the Glen Carbon location and ordered the turtle sundae. When I got to my seat I looked and didn't see any caramel, I even looked into the bottom and it wasn't there. I went up to the counter just so they could put some on there and that would have been fine. Well the woman closest to me at the counter (they were slow and all of them were standing around socializing) told me I was wrong and had to look at the bottom. I told her I did & then instead of just throwing a pump on there like I asked SHE GRABBED A SPOON FROM UNDER THE COUNTER AND PROCEEDED TO DIG THROUGH MY FOOD!!!! She started flipping it around to 'find the caramel' I could just imagine the horrified look on my face because I had no idea how to respond to her digging through my food! When another worker (looked like a manager) saw my face he told her to just give me more caramel & she did, but I will not be going back to this location EVER and people should be warned about the shockingly rude behavior of the staff at...

This Dairy Queen was awful. Across from Walgreens. We stuck to the floor, There was Only one clean table. Bathroom floor was awful! Womens had no paper towels but cloth used dish towel set on the vanity. Trash was overflowing in both bathrooms, trash can in main area covered with food substances on the area where you have to put your trash. Ordered a cheeseburger with pickle and mustard. Young man asked me if I wanted ketchup and I said no. Had ketchup on burger. Ordered side salad and was served full size crispy chicken salad for over 8 dollars. Saw young man making burger wore only glove on right hand. Touching food with left Ungloves hand. There was no ice in the fountain drink. I went to the local Dairy Queen establishment this evening to treat my beautiful girlfriend to some delicious ice cream. We arrived promptly an hour before closing time and chose the drive thru for a quick experience. After waiting THIRTY MINUTES in the drive thru line WITHOUT MOVING FORWARD ONCE an employee came outside and said they were now closed. We explained to her that we had checked the time of closing online before arriving and the website said 10:30. She told us they close at 10:00 now and that we had to leave, even though we waited patiently for HALF AN HOUR! Now, thanks to Dairy Queen, I have not been satisfied with any ice cream and because my girlfriend is equally as upset, I will also not be satisfied in the bed tonight!...
