This is my new go to place for coffee and a snack. Atmosphere 10/10 Food 10/10 Coffee 10/10 The atmosphere was perfect, bright fresh colors, clean, and relaxing. We sat right next to the bar where the drinks are made and I didn’t even hear the espresso machines. I could easily see myself going here to study and drinking a bottomless coffee. It couldn’t have been a more pleasant experience to start my morning. The plain croissant was one of the best I’ve ever had. It was flaky, buttery, and flavorful. I was seriously shocked I loved it. The lemon blueberry scone was also incredible. Perfectly balanced flavor between blueberry and lemon neither flavor was overpowered by the other. It didn’t taste overly sweet and sugary just perfect. I did not feel guilty having it for breakfast. The cortado was excellent perfect ratio of milk and espresso, smooth and not bitter. Now the star of the morning the Key Lime Cold Foam Cold Brew. WOW. I don’t know how but they literally took a key lime pie and put it in a cup. It has to be magic or genius. If you did a blind taste test you’d think it was literally a liquid pie. One of if not the best specialty coffee drinks I’ve ever had. They nailed the key lime flavors again not overly sugary or sweet. Perfect! The staff were so friendly and efficient! This place rocks! The staff are so welcoming and helpful. The decor and seating are inviting and comfortable. I had a cappuccino and fancy toast and my daughter had a lemonade and a Goshen breakfast burrito. The drinks were amazing-especially the cappuccino, which was authentic and not sweet and artificial like those "other places" out there. The fancy toast was indeed fancy with a great combo of guac/carrot/radish/lemony freshness. The bread was fantastic. My daughter's burrito was flavorful and filling. We enjoyed watching the baristas at the front counter making the espresso based drinks. It's such a great environment to enjoy great coffee and yummy bites. I wanted to leave a review and also a personal thanks to the sweet team working here. I ordered 2 white mochas with lavender last week and it was perfect. Not too sweet, with a nice coffee flavor that stood out. I also ordered 3 drinks for my kiddos. Unfortunately, they weren't fans which wasn't this establishments fault at all. When my husband brought them back in to get something different, they immediately insisted on replacing them with lemonades which the kids loved. We felt awful for even bringing them back in but we were so impressed with how understanding and accommodating they were. So thank you again!
