Had a friend come in yesterday and placed an order. The açaí bowl was completely frozen. They asked for a refund and Yash told them rudely “they all come frozen! I can take you back to the freezer and show it is frozen!” He then REFUSED to give a refund. They tried to leave a review and it was deleted. I’m not sure why the reviews are so bad but I had a great experience. Two days in a row I’ve ordered almost the same thing. And each time it was hot and fresh. My smoothie was great too.
