I have ordered from this location several times, but after tonight, I will no longer order from here.
The employees continue to place all my garlic dipping sauces inside the pizza box. This makes zero sense since my pizza gets placed on the heater. The heater destroys the garlic sauce, changes the color, turns them into a watery consistency, and ruins the taste. The garlic sauce is supposed to have a thick and buttery consistency.
Anticipating this issue, I called ahead and specifically asked them to place my sauces in a separate bag. Despite this, when my pizza was delivered, the sauces were once again inside the box. Some had spilled, and the seals were broken.
I called to explain the issue, but the employee on the phone was unprofessional and did not take my concern seriously. He put me on hold, and after a while, the call was disconnected. When I tried calling back multiple times, they refused to answer. Eventually, the same employee picked up and sarcastically asked, “Is this about the sauces again?” before immediately hanging up.
The employees at this location should not be working in customer service. It is clear that no one there cares about customer needs. I am fed up. Moving forward, this location no longer exists to me—I will never order from here...

THIS PLACE IS SOOOO CHEAP THAT:
1.) They can't even let an in-store employee take orders and you have to order your pizza from India... Which defeats the purpose of calling to make an order anyway because I called to see if I could avoid having my....
2.) ...Orders getting outsourced to doordash against my will and specific request. Your ingredients are already low quality, your pizzas are the most expensive out of all the major chains, and you insist on trading even more quality for profit by letting orders sit there for 30 minutes before some door dasher you didnt ask for comes to get it so they can drive around with it in their car for 40 more minutes before they finally just literally drop your food at your door and go. They dont even knock. Clearly the execs are hurting since they can't even afford to pay drivers anymore. Or did you finally get too many complaints raised with the department of labor with you making your drivers work in the store for "on the road" wages. I know I myself filed one of these complaints with the DOL in 2016 and got quite a...
Read moreI normally have a pretty good experience here but tonight was different... I waited at the pickup window for a few minutes. A girl finally came but she was greatly lacking in customer service. I received my pizza pretty quickly and she handed me a garlic butter and walked away. It was open and dripping. I had to wait again because they weren't really paying attention to the window. I finally got a new butter and went home. As I was eating my first slice, I realized that the entire top half of the pizza, in between the bottom of the pizza and the toppings as well as the crust, was completely doughy. There wasn't a slice that was edible. I called them to tell them and they did offer to make me a new one but I live 15 minutes away and did not want to drive back into town at the busiest part of the day. He said he would give me credit for a free pizza but it is not on my account. It might be a local store credit. Either way, I'm a bit annoyed as I made a special trip into town for this pizza and then had to throw the whole...
