This Baskin-Robbins needs to be shut down. I ordered two large birthday cakes for my twins third birthday, and we received a call that they didn’t have the blue ice cream anymore Saturday night which I said OK, how about cookies and cream. She said yes they could do that and she would start now, and it would be ready by Sunday the next day. The next day we called the store to find out how tall the cakes were, to see if they would fit in our freezer because they were ice cream and the girl refused to go to the back and check and said there is no possible way to check how tall the cake was. I told her we would pick it up on Monday night instead then because we did not know if it would fit in our freezer. She said this would be OK. Come Monday night we call to make sure they’re going to be open and she tells us that there are no cakes for us. It was the same girl the day before who confirmed they’d hold the cakes. I wish I saw these reviews. She tried to call the girl who makes the cakes who said she did not make them. She gave me the store manager and general managers number, and neither one of them called me back. I have called the store multiple times and no one has called me back. I will now be settling...

This is at least the 10th time this has happened. Why? Why wouldn't an ice cream shop have ice cream in the middle of the summer. No apology or further explanation other than the truck is late. Wouldn't you buy enough ice cream to sell to your customers, especially if this keeps happening? Perhaps someone should educate the franchise owner about the laws of supply and demand. Please advise this store that they are not good at the one thing we naively think they are capable of providing, which is the sale and distribution of frozen ice cream treats. I will not be returning to this location and have serious compunction about Baskin Robbins as a brand. Read moreI ordered a cake online and indicated special instructions for a layer of fudge between the cake and the ice cream. since that is not something visible, I did not know that the instructions were not followed until the cake was cut. There was nothing between the cake and ice cream. I called the following day to speak to a manager and was told they would call me back later in the day, which they did not. Now I tried calling today with no answer. The person who promised that a manager would call back said she could see my phone number. Makes me wonder if they are avoiding me. I don't think that they are overly busy all of the time. when I picked up my order, two people helped me and there was another person available. No other customers were in the store.
