Chai Chaat — Restaurant in Glendale Heights

Ordered samosa chat to go. Drove 30min to get there and 30min to back home and when tried the chat, it had insane amount of salt, I couldn't eat more than 2 bites. Called the store and complained, the girl working there replied very rudely that we get the samosa pre-made so I don't know if thats salty or what.! I said if you get them pre-made or make it at your store, doesn't matter the food is not eatable its insane salty and I can't drive back 30min to have you taste it, I need to talk to the manager. First she said yes we put some salt on top of the chat and than replies, we make it the way it is, the manager not here I'll call you later and refused to take any sort of responsibility and never called back. Extremely rude and unprofessional behavior, poor communication skills and 0 accountability and responsibility. And this is not my first time coming here, I've given farenhitte and this place alot of business and always ignored minor mistakes but this is not acceptable anymore the way you guys treat your...

Worst experience ever. We went there on their grand opening day. They mixed up our order multiple times, and didn’t have a lot of their menu items. The place itself is squishy, tight and had uncomfortable seating. The Karak Chai was bland, and the papdi chaat serving size was small and it was more like cholay (chickpea) chaat. The first and last time I will come here. Also, this is inside of a restaurant called Fahrenheit. If you want to go somewhere where all the menu items and chai are a 10/10, then go to Shibam which is a 10-15 min drive from here. Shibam never disappoints and will be my number one...

Unfortunately a no from me. 3/4 chai were on the menu but we couldn’t order it because they sold out. The free samples were non existent and I did not receive 10% off of my order. They kept mixing up my order with other customers which was very upsetting. On top of that, the lady who was making chai drops the chai all over and makes my order even more late. I did not receive my order until I went up and asked. Then when the food came out, it lacked quantity and quality. There are other chai spots that are 10 times better than this.
