Food is ok here, but they precook the steak and I prefer made to order, also they don't seal the seam of the burrito, to make it slightly crispy, on the grill like most Mexican restaurants do, so the burrito has a limp and overly soft feel to it, there needs to be a crispy side of a burrito. And they don't put tomatoes on the burrito unless you specifically tell them you want tomatoes, but also, I've asked and paid for tomatoes at least four times and they didn't put tomatoes in the burrito. They need to pay attention when you order because they get it wrong all the time. I asked for no beans and add rice to the burrito and they always screwed it up. Parilla is a good idea trying to use quality meats, but they need to actually do their jobs, slow down, and pay attention to the order because this is probably the most expensive burrito you will find anywhere and it's getting too repetitive that they aren't making the burrito that we actually ordered and PAID for in good faith that they give a darn. I used to tip them thirty percent but now I don't tip anything because of the poor quality of service. Read the review by Artur C explaining their policy on the sauces and I agree 100 percent. They try to charge you extra for extra sauce when you get the order to go, but the sauces are unlimited for dining in. Don't order the churros because they are microwaved and not authentic. The orchata is instant mix and tasted terrible. And the food actually doesn't taste authentic, it tastes like it's made for customers that don't know what Mexican food is supposed...
Read moreLove the food sick of the service. I come here plenty and often and I have finally had enough. I love the Green Avocado Salsa they make and pair it with some tacos or a plate and its heaven. But when I go through the drive through and tell them 2 to 3 times that all I want is Green Avocado Salsa and a little extra and they even read it back to me the order and then I go home without the salsa. I open the food and no avocado salsa. It's like ordering chicken nuggets and getting no sauce. I called as they were closing and was offered to drive all the way back and let my food get cold or GET THIS they will "Give me extra sauce next time!" What a joke...How much attention does it take to get a 3 taco steak plate with cilantro and raw onion with corn tortillas, black beans and extra avocado green salsa? Is this hard? Apparently it is and when they make a mistake you get to come back or get some extra salsa next time. I come in to dine alot and take care of the wait staff. But this is what I get....
Read moreI was in the mood for a burrito, so I decided to go to Chipotle, but saw that burrito Pariilla had just opened and decided to give it a try. The price was decent for a quality burrito, my meal came in under 15$ for a steak burrito, rice, beans, chips and a drink. The customer service was great, the food came out fast and they brought out an array of sauces to eat the burrito with. I only tried the green avocado one and stuck with it because it was so good. My true test for any Mexican restaurant that calls itself is authentic is seeing if they have horchata. Sure enough, they have an horchata dispenser next to the soft drinks. Wen I was finished eating, there was plenty of food left on the plate for round 2 tonight. Iwill definitely be coming back here in the future. I am not sure how the taco Bell next door is going to last, seeing as burrito Pariilla is much better, has a drive through lane, and is not much more expensive for the large amount of...
