I am writing to bring to your attention a very disappointing experience I had at one of your locations.
Recently, Carl’s Jr. placed coupons on car windows advertising a Free Single Western Bacon Cheeseburger – No Purchase Necessary. When I presented this coupon at the register, the manager, Beatrice, told me I could not redeem it unless I purchased another burger, and then I would only get a second one for $1. This directly contradicted the offer on the coupon.
When I asked why Carl’s Jr. would distribute coupons that could not be honored, the manager dismissively said, “I don’t know, go get it somewhere else.” Her response was not only unhelpful but also very rude and unprofessional.

Haven't had a chance to go inside to see the details of how it's changed, so I won't comment on that. Overall the drive-through is your standard routine. The team as a whole is very courteous and will do what they can to make sure your order is 100% correct should there be any mistakes. I tend to get chicken stars from my kids along with a couple of kids juices or Waters and it's a quick in and out never stayed more than 5 or 10 minutes depending on how many people are in front. On the rare occasion I do have to wait for my food they have me pull up to the front and always walk the food out to me when it's ready. I only go on Wednesdays as it's convenient on the way back home for food, one time they forgot an orange juice I went back the following Wednesday and they had no problem handing me a free one...
