This store 5849 w northern was by far the worst and disgusting store I have ever been in ! The employees were so much more worried about personal conversations rather than helping the line of customers out the door . The line that helps /serve the online and call in orders was shut down and you had staff working those orders and rather than helping people in line . The one gal that was the only one working and asking for help from her co workers was laughed at and ignored while other employees just walked away . No care no concern . The food was way over the time limit and expired and gross looking . Its a health hazard in the way the amt of time that the food sat and no fresh food was being made I know it’s no proper per cautionary standards in the food business . The cross contamination with all the food and sauces all over in the line. And not one employee cared to clean up after themselves before working the next order or taking care in there work . The unprofessionalism of the staff when asked about the mangers name and voices my concerns and was laughed at told she was not there . When she was there. . No one seemed to care at all about there job or customer services . This is what you signed up for . When I called the manager after arriving home to my food cold and un eatable . ( I threw it all away) I talked to Victoria the manager and she let me voice my concerns and apologized and did not seem to concerned at all . I could tell in her tone of voice . I will be going back to receive a refund and this store needs to have something done it’s absolutely disgusting and un healthy for the staff to not even care . And for paying customers to be treated this way or have to experience this . Read moreAs I walked into this particular chipotle I was ready to devour the food I was about to get. Once I get to the cashier to pay I notice him keep swiping my card so once I got out I check if there was a mistake, as I assumed there was. The employee charged my order of $39.15 twice, so I walk back into the restaurant. While I'm walking back I noticed the same employee pointing and laughing at me with another employee, I assume because he thought I didn't notice his mistake. So, I ask to talk to the manager and she gladly reviewed the transaction (which wasn't refunded) and did what she had to do to with the double charge and assured my refund will be on my account by 12am the next day. This morning as I checked my bank statement the refund still wasn't back into my account. I give a call to this chipotle and asked if she would kindly check if the refund was still in process or if something might've happened. She (without asking for any information or what transaction or amount) said that it was given back that it was my problem to deal with it. Read moreIt seems that the servers at all Chipotle's suffer from Parkinson's disease. First scoop of rice it's ok. Second scoop they start shaking incontrollable. Beans ok. Now when it comes to the chicken scoop, that's when Parkinson's really attacks them. If you ask for a little more chicken, they ask you if you want double chicken! If you say no, they pick up two more small pieces and your supposed to be satisfied! I'm paying over TEN DOLLARS for one and a half scoop of rice, half a scoop of beans and half a scoop of chicken. If you order steak, FORGET IT!! It's $12!!! Either buy smaller scoops or start serving what we are paying for. Twice now, I have walked away when they get a Parkinson's attack when serving me chicken. I'm about to start a tic toc campaign where we go into a Chipotle restaurant ask for the most expensive plate, load it with all the trimming including the $3. guacamole and leave it there after telling them why we're doing it.
