First time I came here I was not sober so I thought it was absolutely amazing and then the second time I came here I got a reality check lol But they have plenty of options on their menu, they are open late and they have quick service and have accurately given me everything I asked for. The fish tacos are yummy when fresh, I also really enjoyed the 8 layer burrito! Much better than the Taco Bell 7 layer lol. Would recommend for a late night snack but you may not be impressed if you’re sober haha

Absolutely horrible service. Received the wrong epic burrito but they would not make it right. They do not follow proper mask wearing while preparing your food. This photo is of the manager and employee. When he was asked about his mask he said that he just arrived and he forgot where he placed his mask. I myself nor my family will never eat at this particular restaurant again. Eat this restaurant's food at your own risk.

Went through the drive up, and I had to repeat myself 4 times for her to get my order, I had a #3 fish tacos lg combo and a cali steak burrito lg combo, cost $30.17, after sitting at the drive up windows for almost 10-15 mins was asked to pull up front and they will bring the food out front another 10-15 mins got home food is cold. See pic for fish taco NEVER AGAIN.

Unfortunately the service is understaffed and untrained to handle run a restaurant. Pull up to drive thru and get told to wait. Ok but minutes pass cars are backing up and I hear nothing. I had a online order so I just drove up to window. Only to find out that there are only 2 people working the restaurant. The drive thru lady tells me there are no online orders then runs to the office and pulls the ticket and tells me it's not ready pull up front. I can say without a doubt that someone running the drive thru should not also be running in the kitchen making the food also. The other person was taking orders at the counter and then running back to the kitchen also. I didn't rate the food because I never got it. I am literally sitting in the lobby enjoying my paid for meal. Due to it having been paid for by EBT, I am guessing? Or our backpacks, maybe? Whatever the case may be, it's WRONG. I AM BEING TREATED EITH 100% DESCRIMINATION! WE WERE TOLD NO, YOU CANNOT USE THE RESTROOM, AS A OAYING CUSTOMER, BECAUSE, "HOW I AM"... (HER EXACT WORDS: "BECAUSE HOW YOU ARE, NO YOU CANNOT HAVE KEYS TO RESTROOM.") I am appalled, highly offended, and disgusted! Her name is Estefan, this is the last shift. Her teammates seemed to find my openly announcing the hurt and offense I was taking to be quite humourous, which I find completely and utterly, unprofessional. Ordered online with drive-thru pickup, sat in drive through for 25 min (not exaggerating, literally pulled up with 1 car ordering, and 1 other car in front of me). Was boxed in, so couldn't leave line but finally got to speaker and was told online orders had to go inside, even though i selected drive-thru pickup. So drove around, parked, and then was told they will start making the order now. At that point had 30 min invested so figured I would go through whole process to be sure my review was as accurate as possible for others. Note, I rarely ever do reviews even with bad service. Final time to get order 35 min. Would rate -5 stars if possible, will NEVER go to this...
