They’re tripping @ rics! I used to really enjoy coming here but then they stopped selling 12 wings and changed it to 10 in addition to raising the price $2-3! That was a few months ago and now if you wanted a 5 piece wing order like who wants 5 wings that makes no sense whatsoever I don’t care bout no vendor prices that’s not anyone’s problem but $8.99 for 5 wings?!! I noticed you all had enough money to remodel though right in addition to the ridiculously embarrassing reserved section give me a break!! There is no way the wings are so expensive now that it’s necessary to charge $16.99 for 10 wings that’s just insane and drives me to the sane thought of no thanks the wings arent so good that they’re now worth $7-8 more than they cost last year exactly at this time and many years. Then they want you to pay for a way that was provided for companies to be able to make more money by making it more convenient to pay such as using your debit card etc BUT NOW rics wants you to pay for using your debit card to pay your bill and you can be sure none of the extra money goes to the staff. So then after getting upcharged several times then you get to now leave a tip too but damn I gotta pay all the extra money being charged and it’s not as if the food quality is better or food added to the menu or anything like that it’s “oh our costs went up so…” Well that’s completely bogus because not going to name names but I haven’t visited any other restaurants with such ridiculously high wing prices and some even specialize in selling wings and I’ve seen no such thing! Keep raising your prices and you won’t have a restaurant to try making a quick buck from or using as a front! Wish Andy was still around he was the man!!!! Maybe I’m still wishing it was the NEST before all these absurd changes starting happening to a favorite local spot that I’m not sure i care for at all anymore!! I also don’t want to pay $7-8 for a glass of beer and miss the $3 drafts because it just seems the owners are looking for anyway to squeeze more money out of it’s customers and even regular customers by driving this place into the ground with gross...
Read moreWould give 1-star but trying to make an objective review to all. They only get a two star because of all of the TVs they have. Other than that, literal worst service of my life. The only time I've sat down (eventually received seemingly forced service after a patron brought our existence up directly at the bar), received water and then left. One employee was too busy watching the dog races. Changed tables after 10mins in order to get attention. Still ignored. Moved across the bar towards the bar: still ignored. A patron later requested my table and then said, "you'll get better service there anyway", as if to infer the service is terrible to begin with. I obliged and sat down with my companion at the bar. Still had to wait, as mention, another 5 mins. Need I inform that the bartender wasn't doing much. Later ordered water to begin with, this visibly irked the bartender. The two bartenders looked liked they were strung out and couldn't care less about anything in the world. Dead. She later attended the other patrons kindly whilst ignoring us. After 10 minutes of the cold shoulder we left for Applebee's to catch the game, even though it had already started by this time. Dirty tables as well. I won't be visiting this place and I would encourage others to safe their time and money. I will be continuing to visit other local sports bars in the area. Thoroughly disgusted...
Read moreRight off the 101 and Camelback Ric’s is a very busy sports bar, especially on the weekend when we went to watch a game. When we arrived we were surprised by the very busy parking lot. When we opened the door we were met with not only a server, but a security guard on a mid day Sunday. Not sure if it’s a just in case or there’s been issues here before. We took a couple seats at the bar where a bartender greeted us and took our orders. I asked if the had sour beers available to which was met with no real answer besides that they had angry orchard. I settled for that while I looked over the menu. This is where lo and behold I saw clearly printed sour beer. How does the bartender not only not know what they offer, but when it’s in the menu. Another bartender came around and I asked for that. She knew right away what to get for me. Drinks were good. They looked like they had a good list of food, but just...
