Panda Express — Restaurant in Glendale

Worst experience ever at store 0751. Went with family to get a quick dinner after grocery shopping, 40 min later, we finally left with food. When we first went in, your store didn't have orange chicken but it was on the way out so we didn't mind. The lady behind the counter didn't put the lid on our plate and threw the plate on top of 2 bowls which we didn't notice because we'd already been there 10 min. When we got to our car, the plate spilled sending orange chicken, rice and teriyaki all over the floor. Back inside for them to tell us that it would be 13 min for teriyaki, fine, we've already paid. We start to notice that we aren't the only ones waiting, in fact every table is full of people waiting for some part of their food order. Plates are being stacked on the counters because they have so many people waiting for their orders (I even took a picture). Finally the teriyaki is ready just for them to tell us we need to wait on rice. By this time it's been 30 min since we walked in the door first time. I finally ask for a manager who tells me she can't do anything unless I find the receipt. Luckily I find it crumbled in the bottom of my purse, she refunds and tells me our food is on its way. This still took another 5 min because the girl behind the counter still couldn't get the right items on the plate and at one point took chow mein off the plate (because we didn't order it) and put it back in the pan it came out of.... never going back...

If I could do 0 start I would worst service i needed food for pregnant women and i waited 30 minutes to get white rice broccoli beef and steak even tho i asked them to pls make it fresh for me because the steak looks so old and paying for it and i would like fresh food then anyway they give me old steak as you know the steak is also extra like they made the fresh food and mixed it in the back and give me all old steak I went home after waiting for 30 minutes then she says it’s old and she don’t eat it because when the steak is old it smells different and dry so I come here to get refund but the the person in the line tells me that this is fresh like I am stupid or blind and the person in charge comes and ask me what is going on and tell her she takes the food in the back and come back and tell me that I have to wait for the manager to come back am not give me the refund I know they can refund with our manager but they wanted me to wait for another whenever it takes the manager to come back then I asked to get the fresh food and she says I have to wait another 30 minutes witch what I am doing right now the server name was Jimena and idk about the person in charge one plate is expensive enough witch is fine I am ok to pay for something that’s is fresh and good to eat not the food that stayed there for over 1 hr worst...

Just went into this panda the employees are super rude with a don’t gaf attitude especially the greeter and the first person on the line she was the manager her name is STEPHANIE she was so rude to everyone once we went up to choose our meals she kept rolling her eyes and kept whispering to one of the crew members closest to her… I ordered my food and one of the entries was brócoli beef and there wasn’t any which I honestly had no problem because I was told it was a little wait then STEPHANIE said oh I have to make the broccoli beef and she was touching everything and then went to go make the food with her nasty bare hands which in my most honest opinion disgusted me and my partner she put a couple of ingredients into the wok and left it there and went to go get a plate of food and sat down in the lobby to eat while the rest of the employees struggled to help customers… and then I ordered cream cheese Rangoons they didn’t have any so they told me it would be a 4 minute wait… the cashier told the cooks in the back to make them and the cooks got mad as well we were told to pay and they would give us our food. They made the rangoons in less than the time we were told but instead of giving it to us they gave the rangoons to other customers…. Anyways don’t go here unless you wanted to get...
