Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings — Restaurant in Glendale

Walked in ask for a plain, Philly cheesesteak, meat, cheese, and bun only. The kid at the counter continue to ask me if I would like bell peppers or onions or mushrooms or mayonnaise or tomatoes. After I specifically said, just a plain Philly cheesesteak with meat cheese in the bun only I knew that this was going to happen. I just felt it, judging by the condition of the restaurant it’s filthy they never clean it. It’s not the employees fault I say it’s management. So after I had to tell them exactly what to minus off the Philly cheesesteak, which was everything but the meat, cheese and bun, I waited about 15 minutes for my Philly cheesesteak to be ready when they brought it to my table. It had everything on it. No joke literally had bell peppers mushrooms onions everything was on it. I kindly took it back and told him I would like a plain Philly cheesesteak, which I had to repeat the whole process right over again after I repeated the process right over again, and told them everything I didn’t want on the cheesesteak. I waited an additional 37 minutes after I waited 37 minutes I realize that they’re making my food for the last they took all the other orders That were behind me and put them in front of me. I thought if you make a mistake and you don’t make a customer sandwich correctly that sandwich would get expedited because this customer has been waiting the longest no not in my case they put me for the last in nature there was no one left in the restaurant and everyone else got their food first and after that I asked for a refund because I didn’t want to wait another 37 minutes +15 minutes from the start which my lunch is only one hour Long so at that time I realize that I can’t eat here because it’s taking way too long so I asked for a refund then they ask me what’s my order number? Where is my receipt which the guy from the start didn’t give me an order number and didn’t give me a receipt but whatever it doesn’t matter what matters here is the service is absolutely the worst quality. I’ve got better service in the chow line! Way overpriced $20 for a Philly cheese steak meal comes with fries and a drink. Also the atmosphere is just dirty nothing is cleaned nothing is washed there’s literally papers ketchup on all the tables on the floors there’s dirt it’s never been mopped and it smells everything in the restaurant smells like,...

Since this location opened we have been twice. The food was good & we had no problems with our orders either visit. But today there was young man in the kitchen whose hat wasn't on and he kept swinging his hair around trying to get it out of his eyes. I calmly asked the manager to come to me and said something like 'hey you might want to tell him to stop swinging his hair around. He's working with food.' To which the manager said he only did it once because his hat fell off. But I wasn't the only person that saw him swing it several times. Then he went back and said put your hat on a Karen is complaining. I'm not a Karen I just don't want hair, sweat or anything...

ordered a steak cheesesteak with no cheese I noticed Esther had no roll, I asked her what is no roll and she said it’s cheese. Well no it’s actually the bread and this lady gave me a cheesesteak with no bread. I ordered it to go so needless to say how upset I was when I got home to see a steak, lettuce, and tomato like a salad smh clearly Esther was trained to think a roll is cheese smh I couldn’t eat it and when you call the number it doesn’t ring at all so I had no way of informing them how bad they messed my food up
