Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Glendale

(Four stars instead of five because no one is perfect, lol.) I always get good service from them, the delivery drivers are professional and courteous, and only rarely is there an issue (last time I ordered, my marbled brownies were a little burnt, but they were super busy that night, so I forgive them; one time they forgot the Sprite I ordered, but the driver realized it as soon as he arrived and insisted on going back to the restaurant and getting it for me and coming back to deliver it). Terrible staff, I ordered a plain pizza & I was present at the place, thus, I asked specially to not burn the crust! She promised me too but I drove home and suddenly put the charcoal crust on table...really frustrated, I called the store and she promised me to bake another one better, therefore, I drove to the place again and what we see was worst than expected! I will not try this store again and I don't recommend anyone else to do, so they should learn to respect customers directions not what...
