I usually love Dunkin’ and their coffee is always amazing. Today was a completely different story and I’m pretty disappointed in this location as a whole. I made an order through the app to this location around 7:50am. For some reason, when I submitted the order it said it went through at 6:17am. I figured it was an error on the app, because my payment went through and was pending in my account. I went through the drive thru and right off of the bat the woman taking orders was pretty rude to me. I was a little disappointed in the customer service but, I figured I’d be in and out in 2 minutes. I explained my name and that I was here for pickup. She told me she didn’t have my name, read off all the names, and just told me that my order basically didn’t exist. No resolution offered. I went out of the drive thru to check the location and it was for this location. I went back through the drive thru and explained it was the right location, and she still was telling me she didn’t have the order. I pulled up to the window and talked to a shift leader. She wasn’t rude about it, but very skeptical (which I can understand, but she looked at my order about 10 times) and kept telling me no such order had been received. No resolution offered still. I told her I had paid, it was pending, and still nothing. Eventually she told me she’d remake the drinks, still telling me that my order hadn’t been there at any point. At one point she asked to see the date on it, which I can understand, but it still made me feel a little bad because it felt like she was accusing me of using a past order to try and get free food from them. The order was only $8 and probably costs them $1.50 so I really didn’t think it should’ve been such a big deal. When I received my drinks about 30 seconds later, my drinks already had condensation on them like they had been sitting out. The ice was sort of melted and overall the coffee tasted watered down and not good like it usually is. All the employees at this location are incredibly kind and helpful. David, who makes the food, always comes up and says Hi whenever I come through the drive through. Both the younger guys with long hair always take the time to ask how my days going while I wait for my order. Jen (I think) always cracks some jokes with me when I get up to the window. They, and all the other employees, have become apart of my daily routine and keep me coming back. I haven’t had a single issue with any of them.
However, the owner/manager is still a problem and truly only cares about money. Check out how many reviews he’s responded to… oh wait! There’s none!
I order the same thing every day and for about 3 months, the cost stayed the same. After realizing he could make more money off me, he began increasing the prices of what I buy. Charging .50 cents for a large water…. The cups do NOT cost 50 cents to Dunkin but that was their excuse…. Then increasing the cost for a single egg to a $1 when previously it was only .50 cents… and every other Dunkin I go to only charges .50 cents is the proof.
It’s a real shame this guy is in charge. Frankly, I dread when he’s working because he takes away from my morning experience every single time. He is the weakest link of this location and you can tell he isn’t nice to his employees either.

The worst Dunkin in town… whoever the grumpy manager/owner guy is who works the counter on weekends is never pleasant… I’m not looking for him to cheer for me as I walk in, but a simple “hello” would be great… been coming here for 2 years and it’s the slowest and most disorganized Dunkin there is. August 5th, 2022 - Not one person in the drive thru but me. They got my entire mobile order wrong. Asked for a toasted bagel, not toasted. My drink that should have had espresso is just milk, caramel and sugar with whipped cream on top. Ordered 6 donuts and 2 of them were incorrect. Check your orders before you leave. Waste of money.
Drive thru is a nightmare. They only take two cars at a time. Meanwhile the line is in the street. Its busy, so it is what it is. Today, though... The girl at the window at about 10:30, was rude. Which generally doesn't happen at this location. Donuts were in the bag frosting side down and sideways. So if I was eating the bag, that would have been acceptable cause that's where all the frosting went. Got my drink, asked for a STRAW, and she makes a loud sigh like I just asked her to move a mountain. Practically threw it out the window. Aside from her sigh, she said the total of my purchase. Not thank you, nothing. Horrible customer service.
Update: Three months later and it hasn't gotten any better. Last weekend I ordered a large caramel iced coffee with cream, girl at the window repeated it back to me, and it still didn't have caramel in it. Had to go back. Today, Sept 2nd, get a large pumpkin swirl iced coffee, shift manager boasts about how great they make coffee, it gets to me because I had my mom pick it up for me, not a drop of pumpkin flavor in it and probably the worst tasting cup of watered down coffee I've ever had in my life.
