El Pollo Loco — Restaurant in Glendale

I visited this location on June 26th around noonish. I young lady with braces took my order. Immediately no greeting just what can I get you. Ok, so I ordered a empty tortilla bowl to build my own bowl with. I apparently didn't use the correct phrase or term for the bowl because this young lady got loud and in a very rude manner poorly explained the difference in what I asked for and what the proper term was. She only spoke to me in this manner not the person before nor after me received this terribly unprofessional tone and treatment. The chicken is always okay but never exceptional. Though Pollo Loco offers chicken prepared as has been done in Mexico for decades, Pollo Loco's version wanes in flavor compared to that prepared in Mexico.

This location also no longer attracts the amount of clientele it once commanded. I am uncertain why but I assume this may be due to it's staff. Two weeks ago I specifically ordered two thighs, only to return home to discover I'd been given a leg and a wing. Today my order was correct but the man taking my order was rushed and never said thank you. The owner or manger should study how Chick-fil-A trains it's staff. I likely will not return to...

I went there at 7:15 p.m. (They don't close until 9:00 p.m.) and was told "We don't have chicken." This was NOT the first time I've gone in an hour or two BEFORE closing and they've NOT had chicken. How can a restaurant with chicken (pollo) not have chicken???? Another group of non Hispanic people were told the same thing.
