Went in to get my 9yo daughter and myself something around 7pm. The single employee was sitting at a table in an empty store doing some sort of busy work/homework. First time here, but experienced with boba venues in general. The menu layout isnt great. It's too bifurcated and all text. Like most boba places I've been to I was expecting to find drink names/combos to start with, then add-ons, then boba selections. This menu read more like a Chinese takeaway place - just a lot of text and very scattered. It took me a bit to take in the overly large menus and sort out the items on offer. I think they try to do too much in addition to boba drinks. Finally after standing there looking at the menu with my daughter for what seemed like 5 minutes or so, I had to ask the employee a couple questions to get my order sorted. The whole time she stood there behind the register silent - watching me try to figure it out. She didnt offer help, she didn't offer guidance, she wasn't helpful at all. You could remove her and add a pickup window with online ordering and get the same effect. If this employee isn't related to the owner, it may be time for some training. I can't imagine this place is going to last.

Most of your surrounding area are in the 65+ demographic and definitely won't come in without stellar word or mouth. We took a menu home to my in-laws who are in their 80s and live on the golf course up the street. I told them about our experience and she said well if they weren't helpful to you and you love boba, we are certainly not going in. My guess is this place will close because a lot of those experiences happen.

Also, I was not offered a choice between using non-dairy creamer or actual dairy. They don't have REAL dairy at all. Only powdered creamer. I think this place is trying to skimp out on the cost of dairy products by only using non-dairy creamer. That's definitely a big negative and you can taste the fakeness in your drink. If you want to go get a drink you didn’t order and a flavor you didn’t order then try it and be charged 11.00 and get a girl who’s attitude sucks and she doesn’t make you feel welcome welcome at all the girl has kind of dark brown hair. The other girl with the long red hair is very very pleasant and nice and very outgoing. I will never go back there again as I got a drink from the grouch that was not the flavor that I ordered or anything else so and she just made me feel not welcome and every time I go in there she makes me feel the same way so I will not go back unless one of the other girls are working

One of my top places for boba tea. This place does Wintermellon best! Their tea is never too sweet. If you don't have a sweet tooth, this place is perfect! I personally don't like sugary sweet drinks. Their smoothies are made with real fruit, and don't taste fake AT ALL. With their smoothies, their blender needs a revamp so there are no chunks of ice. I'll probably try out the smoothie again in the future to see if this improved.

My usual - Wintermellon milk tea with crystal boba: the brown sugar flavor of the boba gives the drink all the sweetness it needs, but not too much like some popping boba does. It has a crunchy gelatinous texture, that really slows you down to enjoy the drink. The brown sugar flavor dosen't get old, because it's not overwhelming. The milk makes this drink so smooth, and the Wintermellon flavor is carmel, but not too overpowering.
