I come here everyday I mean everyday for my ice coffee . They are always so nice and friendly there !Today I went like at 12:50pm I pull up to the drive thru tell them I want a Venti Ice coffee with 3 pumps of vanilla light cream extra caramel drizzle and extra ice . The barista that was taking my order said “venti ice coffee 3 pumps vanilla extra cream anything else” I repeated my order cause she said it wrong and she just said again “anything else” with an attitude and again I said “did you get a venti ice coffee with 3 pumps of vanilla and light cream extra caramel drizzle and extra ice “ I asked cause I couldn’t see my order on the screen I wasn’t sure if she fixed it because she didn’t say anything and she said “ I heard you the first time “ with a bad attitude and I said “ I just want to make sure you got my order right since I can’t see it on the screen no need for the attitude “ and again she said “I heard you the first time” so I just pulled up to the window and I ask if she was the one who took my order with a smirk she said “yes it was me “ so I said “ I don’t want the coffee anymore what’s your name?” and she said “I’m just trying to figure out what you want” so I ask for her name again she looked down at her apron with a smirk like trying to say you don’t see my name tag . She looked down and realized her name tag was not there so she said “my name is Emily “ and I said okay she said “okay have a good day” as she smirked .I was on the phone with my husband and even he asked why the girl was talking to me that way . This is the first time I see this girl there . And the first time I have a bad experience here since they opened .i don’t know if she was having a bad day or she’s just rude to every customer like this everyday but she needs to be fired or trained again because her customer service ain’t it . As a waitress no matter how bad my day I would never treat any costumer this way . The fact that she couldn’t even repeat my order and had to catch an attitude for nothing...
Read moreI was excited to come to a closer location but with the last couple times I have come here, I’m more than happy to drive the extra 10 mins to the one on 59th Ave and Olive. I mobile ordered 15 mins ahead of time for 6 drinks. I get there and have to wait for one of the girls working to acknowledge me. Mind you the pick up window is glass so you can see out it and I smiled a 2 girls and they smiled back. NO ONE came to the window. I waited for a few mins. Whatever they in the zone. Finally someone came and I gave the name and she said the last one is being made right now. I say okay. I waited and another person came out and asked what I’m waiting on and I tell her one more drink and she said “okay it’s being made right now”. I wait 15 more mins for a single grande coffee. Finally someone else comes up to do pick up and I ask again when they come back, I’m still waiting I tell them. She tells me that there are no more drinks that she gave them to me already. I say no I have 5 now and waiting for the last one. She gets my name. THE COFFEE HAS BEEN DONE AND WAITING AT THE PICK UP WINDOW SINCE I GOT MY FIRST ROUND OF DRINKS. I understand accidents but for two baristas to tell me “it’s being made” in a span of the 15-18 mins I was waiting. Unacceptable. I was late for work and coffee was cold by the time I got to work.
If you want baristas that avoid the pick up window, avoid helping customers, and don’t check their orders, come to this location.
Feedback for the owner: a new system needs to be in place for the baristas so they know where they should be and who does what. One at window, couple at machines, one assigned pick up window. They need to all check all windows regularly. Don’t need them to have a “it’s not my job” mindset. They are a team and should act...
Read moreIs you tired of all these messed up attitude that you get from everyone in Arizona if you’re near Glendale or Phoenix Arizona. Take the extra drive and get your coffee here. These employees are actually really wonderful. They do not give you any attitude when you asked for anything they could be probably having a bad day and they’re still smiling. I’ve never encountered a bad experience with these people. I requested a port over and I didn’t get my neck chopped off like in any other places. No attitude, just smiles, absolutely gorgeous. Girls. Absolutely Beautiful, personalities and attitude. Bravo Starbucks. These people need to be recognize, and given a huge bonus, because you know your numbers are low, and it’s because of the nasty attitude that everyone gets and there’s lots of competition with better attitudes, and this place reminds me of what Starbucks...
