I've been coming to this location for years and it's always been awesome! But recently management and staffing completely changed and it's not for the better. Last night 1/18/25 I called them to see if they were showing the fight for UFC 311. The lady answered and said they are showing it. She said it was on a couple of the TV's already and plenty of seating. So my family and best friend made plans and got ready. When we got there I asked, which TV's are the fights on because that's what we're here for. The waitress sat is down and said she's going to change the tennis TV to UFC. After a few minutes she comes back and says, "we actually don't show fights here because we're a family restaurant now." Did that change in the last couple hours? So I explained everything to the manager and she said, there's a misunderstanding because we don't show fights here anymore. I explained how we planned our night around being here for dinner. Why was I told the fights were actually on when they weren't. That's not a misunderstanding that's a flat out lie. Telling people what they want to hear to get them in the door then saying, "sorry I misunderstood". So I asked, "ok since you won't show the fight because this is now a family sports bar, can you seat us in the private room area w the little TV's and we'll watch it there?". She said no, because they will have to purchase it and they won't. She offered us free drinks and an appetizer to which I declined. Why would I trust you with my food and drinks when you've already blatantly lied to me? I have to trust that you won't spit in my food or drinks? I have and did trust this place.... But now....now I won't ever go back. Accidents happen but lying to the public to draw customers is just wrong. Every place I called to see the fight w dinner, was packed and had at least a 1 hour wait. So in short... Oggi's is not what it was and now ran by lying, deceiving employees. If you've gotten your family ready especially w toddlers drive 30 mins all just to be lied to..... I suggest putting yourself in my shoes and you'll see how messed up it was and the restaurant is just not worth dealing with or taking another chance. I lost all trust in this place which is sad because it was such an awesome place before the owner sold it to whatever it is that decided lying to customers is their new...

I was contacted less than 45 minutes after I posted this review. The manager (not the owner) apologized profusely and offered me a free calzone. I still haven't been back... But personally, I work in customer service for APS, its my job and I take it seriously. It is indeed difficult to please everyone, but it does require compassion and understanding. Which this manager seemed to have a great deal of. For that, I am grateful.
My daughter regularly orders from here using grubhub... so I thought I would try it. I googled Oggi's then used the google map options to pull up the menu.. I found a "Create your own Calzone" 8.99 and 2 lbs of wings for 16.99.. I thought GREAT .. let's try it. I called in the order. I was blessed to have been greeted by the owner, who promptly advised that my order was ready to go... I saw a sign that stated " 20% off first order if ordered online" I was like... shucks, wish I would have ordered online through the app. But when he rang me up for 48.98, I was confused so I asked to see my receipt. He grudgingly brought up the receipt and printed it out, so I advised that the menu online showed me something completely different, so I pulled it up on my phone and showed it to him. Instead of apologizing or even trying to make amends, he went on about how he contacted every website to change that and it hasn't been that price in years.. Of course, to me, that is false advertisement, but I completely understand. What I don't understand is how this man has no sense of customer service. no offer of an apology nor even a "hey, let's give a discount for you being a first time customer, and I will get right on that website thing" no.. he walked away telling me he is going directly to his computer to find out what was wrong. I don't care how good the food is, if customer service stinks, I...
Read moreIt's an absolute shame about the service that me and my wife recieved. As we were seated it took way to long for our server to ask us for drinks let alone acknowledge that we were there. It was to a point were we were about to walk out. Our waitress Makayla was horrible to a point were our dining experience was just about ruined. Did not fallow up with us if we needed anything, didn't ask if we wanted drinks. No silverware or plates for our meals. By the time our food arrived. 2 minutes later she walks up and asked us if we need boxes to go. In the whole hour we spend there, she was at our table twice. Yet we see her mingling amongst other guests every 5 to 10 minutes. With a smile at that. Walking right around us. Not once is she pleasant or giving us the feeling that we were welcomed there. It took another waitress that just watched us just sitting there ask if we needed something to drink plates etc.. I regret to get her name to give her a tip. She missed opportunities for upsell for drinks since we were waiting for a drink menu but never brought one over. I hate to throw the race card out there but what other reason could differentiate me and my wife amongst the other patrons. They were getting amazing service and we just seemed to be a burden to Makayla. We did happily pay our bill because the food was amazing and the young lady that was serving the bar area that actually helped us was amazing and pleasant as well. Sincerely, a disappointed first and last...
