Starbucks — Restaurant in Glendale

So this might be a bit long, but bear with me, haha. I like this place. Pre-COVID, I recall when I have to go here for study and always love the atmosphere that Starbucks has, the decent music, the smell of espresso, etc. And since this is close to home, I’m fortunate to go here whenever I want some Starbucks. However, my recent visit to this Starbucks location was not good, I’ll explain. So my sister and I decided to get to Starbucks to grab some drinks for the both of us, as well as for my other sister who we’re picking up from work. As soon as we’re coming in, around 4-ish in the afternoon, the baristas were like “sorry, we’re closed,” and to be honest, we were disappointed and quite stressed, because we were in a hurry and I understand drinks aren’t made in seconds. In fairness, those baristas were helpful in telling us where another nearby Starbucks location that’s still open, and then we went there and got our drinks. Nonetheless, my suggestion is that this location be more transparent in terms of their hours of operation by putting up signs on both doors saying “we’re closing at x time” either because you all have a business meeting to attend or something happened amongst employees, and another great suggestion is put up where the nearest Starbucks is so that customers would know where to get their drinks. And make sure it’s updated online so in case customers would know whether this store is closing early or not. If it comes off as off-putting or perhaps rude, my apologies, just wanted to bring this to attention so that the store would improve and make the “Starbucks Experience” better. Thanks, and...
