Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Glendale

Never Have i ever had such bad service to the point i didnt want to eat . The Lady at the speaker kept rushing me even tho i said please give me a few mins . i would understand if there was someone behind me but there was nobody . She even threatened me that if i dont order now her system will turn off and she will not be able to help me . there for i rushed . wasnt happy with what i ordered then at the window my money was snatched out my hand and when my food was handed to me i wanted to make sure i had everything ( i didnt ). there was 2 ladys standing at the window 1 with her arms crossed other just chillin staring me down . i left and about 5 mins later i noticed i was not given my drinks but charged for both . i live over an hour away . was in the area for Halloween . i never felt so uncomfortable ordering food. and will NEVER. come back again ! Grave Yard needs a pep talk or Needs to be switched shifts so they can be monitor . that was not okay how i was treated . Second time going to this location and both experiences were bad. The first time I went I ended up ordering some bacon cheddar potato wedges and literally only one potato wedges had cheese. Decided to give this location another try today. I had a coupon a for Buy One Get One Free Burger, placed my order in the drive through, ordered 2 Ultimate Cheese Burgers with medium curly fries and I told the lady that I have said coupon, she acknowledged it. When I got to the window they handed me the bag with just 1 burger and I told them that I have the coupon from the app. Manager comes and tells me she needs a PRINTED version of the coupon because the need "Proof."

So you're telling me... all the coupons on the Jack In The Box app needs to be printed out? Yeahhhhh no. The coupon on the app has the coupon code "875"

Last time going to this location. I'd rather drive few minutes more to go to the Jack in the Box off of Glenoaks Blvd.

Update Got home and my medium Medium Curly Fries aren't even...

Sad to say that every other time I keep trying to forgive them with getting my order incorrect or disappointed when leaving drive-thru and notice while entering near by fwy, that they get my order wrong or they forgot something like place napkins, don't give me my change correctly, when I ask to add onions and they not there or serving me the wrong drink size. I feel and most of my family feel that they don't have manners when they in front of a customer, playing inside, joking and talking about there personal daily. The male owner or mgr. doesn't ever smile, the assistant mgr. are doing it for him, when entering restaurant, I usually see homeless inside and the debris in the air is toxic while food is being cooked and served. You usually won't find it clean, trash on the floor and restroom always missing toilet paper. Beside anything else make sure if you do go there, arrive in a Wednesday's they have better customer service and the location is clean and clear of normal stardards. You'll...
