Read moreOur park was taken away by greed, they took away the only green space we had in the area, where we could exercise, walk our dogs, have picnics, there were people at the park enjoying the day every single day, but they had to take it all away to build the monstrosity they have now, a concrete hole because it has been like that for over a year, no progress at all, all this for a museum no one besides a select group of people is interested in, AND THERE’S NOT EVEN A MUSEUM! Just an eyesore and no park, absolutely shameful for the city to have allowed this, but $$$ talks!! Screw the people...
Read moreThis is a very nice park to sit and take in the nice weather or to walk your dog. It is very clean and well maintained. It is right next to the recently refurbished Glendale Library which is fabulous. The park is used to host various events throughout the year. Today there was an American Heart Association event. They gave away fresh vegetables, there was music and many booths dedicated to healthy living. There was a cool display on CPR where you could actually practice CPR on some dummies.
