I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment. The technician was late coming in, so my appointment was 50 minutes late. These things happen, ok. Their seating are rows of uncomfortable chairs outside of bathrooms in a narrow hallway, gross. I was then informed that b/c I was refusing the contrast injection and it was a handwritten doctor order for both contrast and non, that even if I paid cash they would not be able to do the CT scan without a new handwritten doctor order. I had already fasted for this, took time off of work, woke up at 6:30 to drink 900mL of barium sulfate, for null. Unbelievable, unacceptable outcome, and a complete waste of my time. I do not recommend this facility, and I will tell my gastro doctor to stop sending his patients...

The issue wasn’t just the long wait — it was the lack of communication. If there were urgent cases ahead of him, that’s understandable, but no one explained what was happening or even gave an estimated wait time. It felt dismissive, especially since he was in real pain.
