Read moreThe store was filthy, the staff was not friendly. Not attentive. Could care less a customer was standing at the counter waiting for an order to be taken, to just stand around and gossip and not work. Asked for someone to take my order the shift lead rolled her eyes at me as did brianna and the gentlemen getting off work. I simply asked for a chili with cheese, they claimed they had no shredded cheese but had cheese for their salads. Then I asked for a jr bacon cheeseburger add ketchup mustard and pickle. As usual it was made with just that and not the other ingredients that come with it. So I checked it before leaving the counter. Was wrong. I told them, received an attitude about it. Was made right the second time, as I checked it before I sat down. As I took a bite clear as day the inside of the burger patty was raw. Like they did it intentionally threw it on the grill just enough to brown it on the outside and serve it. Took it back and got attitude again. Received the third burger was cooked but not made correctly and instead of arguing and risking more issues with this staff and I was on time issue of needing to be some where I just ate it and left. But these five employees with manager don’t deserve to be in a place to provide customer service. If all they cared about was double dropping the nuggets down after the timer already went down and to just stand around and talk. The poor older gentlemen on the sandwich line looked like he was doing most of the work while they...
Read moreThe service at this location in the mornings has gone severely downhill. I have been going here for breakfast at least 5 days a week for a couple years. It used to be order in the drive thru, then pick up your order at the window. Very short wait. It used to be the exception to be asked to park and wait. Now almost everyday it's park and wait up to 30 minutes and sometimes have to get out of my car to remind them I'm waiting. Worst part about it is when you remind them it's been 25 minutes, is it going to be much longer? They are rude, roll their eyes, and make excuses about giving away the biscuits they made to other customers and having to remake more. Meanwhile they forget I'm parked waiting where I can see every car in the drive thru and every person that walks in. Often there are no other customers the entire time I'm waiting. I have seen the same thing happen to many other customers in the morning and lots if angry upset people that get the attitude. The staff acts like they want to start a fight and threaten upset people at times. The way the "manager" handles upset people that have waited 39 minutes or longer just makes everything worse. PLEASE WATCH YOUR STAFF. PUT UP CAMERAS OR SOMETHING. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE THE LAST MONTH I HAVE EVER SEEN ANYWHERE IN MY 50 YEARS! I BEG you to bring back a staff that has customer service skills! I will be going elsewhere until you get some people in the mornings that actually...
