Poor experience yet again And will be the last STOP Warning don't go to this location, service by the male manager/ owner is the worst

Avoid this place, especially with 2 other great choices in Glendora

Here's why, promotion by BR is to pick 4 flavors for 10 bucks sounds amazing right, just a small 2 bites of each of your favorite flavor.

this location uses it as a scam, say they are out of plastic treys to serve it in, so I asked what most would, can you just add it to one large cup, answer by male manager at first we are out of the trey, yes but what about a cup, sorry actually we can even ring it up there is no sku in the poc, interesting there are 6 signs saying this is currently available, why would BR have 6 sign in store, and online marketing and yet NO sku available in the poc.

so I still bought even though I knew he was bold face lying to my face, mostly to descalate the rising situation

So then before leaving I suggested, maybe it's best to take down the signage

Reply, NO, we can sell it just not right now

So same ask, 3 different lies

The whole time you can visibly see how uncomfortable she was, especially when I ask the question about just using a cup and about the sku, the feeling when you know someone being shady and you wish you could just turn invisible, I feel sorry for her

Reading the other recent comments, seems like this is becoming the norm at this location

So spread the word Glendorians, Fosselmans or Handles...

Absolutely disappointed with my visit to the B-R at 856 E Rte 66 in Glendora yesterday afternoon 7/13/2024. We took our kids for a fun ice cream treat, but the experience turned sour thanks to the unhelpful clerk. We ordered 3 waffle bowls with 2 scoops each for the kids. Instead of handing them properly to the children at their height, a female clerk passed the ice cream bowl over their heads across the counter. This awkward maneuver forced my child to reach awkwardly, resulting in the bowl flipping and ice cream spilling all over the floor. To make matters worse, the female clerk refused to replace the dropped ice cream. She simply said there was "nothing she could do" and suggested we reorder if we wanted ice cream. This was incredibly frustrating, especially considering a friend had a similar experience with their child at another Baskin-Robbins location, where the clerk immediately replaced the dropped ice cream for free. The entire interaction with this female clerk was unpleasant. She had a cold demeanor throughout and showed no concern for our ruined ice cream outing. My girlfriend and I went to the Baskin Robbins on Rt.66. I ordered a 2 scoop hot fudge sundae and she had the banana royal. On both of our the whip cream barely touched the top of the cup. My cup was the child size. My friend had the next size up. Mine didn’t even have a cherry on top because it fell off and she didn’t replace it. I paid for it and gave her a tip plus I even gave to the promo they were having. We took the ice cream home and I commented to my friend that this COVID thing has now hit the size you get for ice cream. The following day I took my grandson to the BR in Covina on Grand and he ordered the 2 scoop sundae. His whip cream hit the top of the lid. I called to talk with the manager at the BR on Rt.66 and after three attempts Emit the manager called me back. I repeated the story and he stated if I didn’t like what I got I should have spoken up then. I told him about the other store and he said if they want to give more that was their right but it wasn’t going to happen at his store. He was actually quite rude and said he would not make it right and there was nothing he could do about it. I will NEVER step foot in that Baskin Robbin....
