Located on historic route 66 in Glendora the white with blue trim caught my eye. It is counter service. Had a bevy of delicious tacos and a fish ceviche tostada. Coating on the fried seafood was a little dense, almost corndog-ish but flavorful. Grilled fish was light and flakey. The pastor and carnitas were really well seasoned and very deliciously flavorful. The ceviche was cut consistent in size so the distribution of fish and veggies worked really well. They do use what seemed to be fresh grilled tortillas and a lot of cabbage on all the tacos. I was not used to so much cabbage on meat tacos but it made them feel healthier and gave a freshness that usually is not achieved with the usual onions and cilantro fare. I should have asked for some limes and fresh salsa but I really didn't miss them. Tuesday meat tacos were on special and wed fish tacos are on special according to the back entrance reader board. Parking can be a little squiffy but there are a couple spots including ADA spots behind the building and possibly accepted in the adjacent buildings. There is indoor and outdoor seating though the outdoor seating is just off Route 66 which can be a little noisy. Overall, I would recommend and would probably eat a lot more tacos there again if I was in the area. The only real concern was the amount of meat on the tacos. It did seem a little sparse and kind of got lost in the cabbage.

Debating whether to give this place two or three stars. The prices are good and the food is decent. Definitely nice lady working behind the register. The location is nice and the decorations are thoughtful but the parking is horrible. One way in and out that is wide enough for one car at a time and when you turn in from Foothill you can only pray you don’t either collide head on with someone exiting or get rear ended for not committing to turning into the narrow alley like entrence. We tried the carne asada, pastor and carnitas tacos. Nothing too spectacular about the meat but the cabbage and the salsa are an interesting diversion from your normal taco place. The rice and beans are justo ok. Sorry Cabo Taco just want to be honest there are better tacos just a little further west on foothill. I will give the Shrimp Taco a solid shout out. It’s all that saved this review to be a three star rating. Of the three meats we tried the carnitas seemed to be their best. But the only thing I can really endorse is the Shrimp. Worth a shot if it’s on your way. Will give the ceviche a try if there is a next time 😊

Been coming here every week for 4 months now. The absolute best tacos spot in the entire 10 mile radius. We walked in today on tacos Tuesday to get the deals but they also have deals on Thursday and Friday as well. This is a real tacos spot. The food is the equivalent to what you'd find on a beach in San Diego. The salsa is spicy but not too hot. The ingredients are fresh. Bathrooms? Clean. Parking is located behind the restaurant and is limited to a few spots, so if it looks crowded, just park on the cross street. All they are missing is s full tequila/mezcal bar and I'm happy to run it if they need help coz this place is only going up haha. BTW when we walked in today it was filled with hispanic people and contractors, so you know it's good. I'll be here every Tuesday and Friday.

I am happy to say I eat here 1-2 times per week for the chicken tacos! The tacos are always made fresh with juicy and delicious shredded chicken . The meat is seasoned perfectly and the cabbage and pico are always fresh and crisp. The yellow peppers are so tasty and the green salsa is Unmatched! I’m addicted to my tacos and must have them weekly with green sauce, and the fresh cut lime! The owner is humble, kind, friendly, and always there to make sure he’s serving quality food! The cashier is very kind and always smiling. I would like to see some paper towels in the restroom and the cashier to wash hands with soap and water before serving food or going into the cold fridge to grab limes and salsa. Also it would be nice to wear a glove on each hand when going from the register to help put pico in the tacos! The food is excellent , but these tips will help keep customers safe and...
