I once again ordered a sandwich online and was once again disappointed. Last time, it was minor; not toasted as requested and skimpy on some of the add ons. The last one, though, did not have the avocado slices that I paid for (since both orders were made online, I didn't realize the problems until I got home). So, I sent a message to "corporate" to express my frustrations. Both times I got the same canned response:
"I want to take a moment to thank you for contacting me and to extend my apologies for the less than ideal experience that you had in my restaurant. I understand that the preparation of your food during your visit did not meet your expectations. I know that we have let you down, and for that, my team at Subway® is sorry. My employees are trained to strict food prep guidelines and I have shared your valuable feedback with the restaurant team members to prevent this from happening in the future.
Thank you for choosing Subway® and we look forward to seeing you soon.

See you again soon? Nope. Not gonna happen. On to Jersey Mike's. I don't even warrant someone looking at my email complaint. Just a canned response....
Read moreFirst and last time I go here. Ended up going to the hospital for chronic diarrhea and threw up the sandwich I had. I usually don't eat Subways, actually, more like never, but I decided to this one time and this is what happens. Had a tuna hero from this place and couldn't resist the pain anymore so I went to the ER because I wasn't going to wait until regular hours to see my doctor. Threw up everything in the ER, went to the bathroom multiple times. Funny how one of the nurses said her son had the same problem not too long ago. Choose where you eat cautiously. Now I'm just in bed waiting to recover, my body is worn out from all the trips to the bathroom. Lost about 4-5lbs already since 12am this morning. Stay healthy everyone. This is my first review of anything, that's how bad I had to feel to actually come here...
Read moreI got a veggie delight today. I ordered it online via their app. I asked for extra cheese (which I paid for) and extra lettuce. I hardly see in lettuce! I didn’t ask for mustard- I can’t stand mustard. So I had my gather pick up our food. He came back and chips and cookies were not with the order. I called them and they said you can come get them but we don’t do refunds. WTH! When I got there (left work) they didn’t even say sorry about it and they couldn’t understand what i was talking about. Then they said we were busy and it happens. Mind you NO ONE was in there when I went back. Then I went back to eat my sandwich and I got this mess. UGH They are getting worse...
