I found this beautiful and peaceful park today! The plaque says it was dedicated ten years ago but it feels almost brand new.
There is a really nice play area for kids and a fenced-in dog park. It has restrooms and several nice picnic tables underneath shade trees. The park is nestled in at the base of a wooded hill and gives you a feeling of being outside the city. (Other than the traffic noise in the distance) :)
