Glendora Centennial Heritage Park — Attraction in Glendora

I found this beautiful and peaceful park today! The plaque says it was dedicated ten years ago but it feels almost brand new.

There is a really nice play area for kids and a fenced-in dog park. It has restrooms and several nice picnic tables underneath shade trees. The park is nestled in at the base of a wooded hill and gives you a feeling of being outside the city. (Other than the traffic noise in the distance) :)

We stayed in the area, and we were in search of a park to bring our service animal and let him romp free, and this park was perfect! Great quiet location, with a local crowd that was incredibly accepting of us and our pup had a blast playing with the local pack! Did a short walk on one of the many trails offered and really wish we had more time to spend exploring this park as it is massive. There is someone for everyone here and very quiet area. This is a very nice park to bring the kids. There is much to do here. There is a dog park, nice playground, bathrooms, hiking trails, and a historical area with an old farm and farm equipment. This park has everything you would want at a park.

The only complaint that I've been noticing at this park is several homeless (usually 2 or 3) people living in and sleeping in their cars here along the street and in the parking lot. But from what I've seen they don't...
