Del Taco — Restaurant in Glendora

I visited this restaurant a few times within the past year I am A customer with the visual disability; therefore, I require certain accommodations especially being newly blind. I always politely request order being brought to my table as it's difficult to carry my order with both a white cane and balance the train on my hand spare without dropping my order which has happened to me in the past at other places to free myself from such humiliation. My order purposely was not brought to my table. So by the time my food was it was very cold and very sloppy looking I brought this to the attention of the manager manager was very very rude I had asked politely why was my order not to my table I did request that when I made my order… Manager said she had the right to refuse service to as many and she chose an awesome threatened to have me removed from the restaurant I was not rude to her why was she rude to me? Later came up to me and said she requests that I no longer eat here. I do not recommend this location for the disabled especially the blind I will be complaining to regional management as well as corporate concerning the ADA violations and discrimination issues at this location against the disabled and blind. Not sure what's going on at the Glendora one on Foothill & Grand. I've had incident every time I've been there lately. About a month a new young Caucasian male handed me my drink the lid wasn't on it spilled all inside my car & all over my left side of my blouse. He handed me a handful of napkins, no apology. A week later I stop to get my mom dinner, the french fries were hard & cold. The grilled chicken soft tacos hand 5 small pieces of chicken. The next time I went in there I told the girl working the drive thru about my last visit, she said I can give you fresh fries. I also ordered the 2 street carnitas tacos plate & 2 more street tacos on the side. I get to the home where my mom lives & I got 4 carnitas burritos. This time I called them. Oh and they forgot the fries. The only duty mgr wrote my name in some book so they could replace my order. I've quit going to this location. My mom loves their tacos, and it's convenient, but there's been a change of employees & not being trained correctly, so I drive to the one on lone...

I drove thru with an app order. I made two orders because while waiting for my first order I decided I'd like to add fries No one came to the window, so I ordered in the app. When she came to the window she asked if I wanted hot sauce, and I answered "yes, lots of the hot". I then told her I added fries to my order and asked if she'd use ne to drive back around because there was a few cars behind me and she said "no". I asked her if the fries were hot explaining I would be driving a minute before I aye and she said they were just made. I drove around the corner and tried the fries, and they were cold, so I went back thru and asked for hot ones. She said the ones I had had just been made, but got a fresh order. Now my tacos ate cold and I still had a minute to drive. I got to where I was going and started to get my food ready to eat and saw there were no hot sauce at all! So I ended up eating two if my cold tacos with no sauce and...
