Mattress Firm Glendora — Hotel in Glendora

We hailed from Covina, where we met Mattress owner extraordinaire manager Jose. He took great care of us on Thursday a few days ago.

We had a question regarding our visit and I know it was far-fetched. We just had the mattress delivered yesterday and I don’t think I ever had a better sleep until that day. It’s weird because I lived on nothing but cheap mattresses my entire life and never really slept on quality before. If I were to describe it..

You know in movies where the guy was revealed the great truth and his eyes were open to the light and his whole life was a lie? I felt like that. Then the person who appears in front of you, light blinding you where you have to shield the brilliant luminescence with your hands until they come into focus. That was Jose, he was my glimmering light.

He’s great! He asked me about my experience with the mattress and made sure whatever stupid question regarding my weird visions and the quality of my sleep. He answered and took the time out of his way, to help me by making some calls to accommodate what I needed. He even price-matched and did everything in his power to make sure I was satisfied. I felt like I should be paying him more for the extra leg work he did for me and my wife.

Come into the store, be a cynical person. He does great work, service and he honestly wants you to get the best for how much you want to budget for. I never felt pressured and he went 120% on taking care of us. You don’t have anything to lose if you are deciding and it will be a fun trip if nothing else. I went ahead and laid on a few more mattresses when I got to the Glendora location. Pretty nice!

A month ago, I was on the market for a mattress after sleeping on a futon for 9 months, feeling daunted by how many places and mattresses I would have to try out, with what I had to spend. I walked into Mattress Firm with a walk-in/walk-out mentality, just to look at the President's Day sale prices. I was greeted by my Sleep Expert, John. John was very kind and listened to what my requirements were in a mattress. Instead of trying to sell me a mattress, John educated me about mattress and pillow structure/construction, and what tools/resources are available to improve overall quality of sleep. With the new information John provided, I was (confidently) able to narrow my selections based on design. While I wasn't able to walk away with the mattress I reeeeeally wanted for personal cost reasons, John helped me find a selection that was within my budget, but still met the requirements I initially laid out (I really was thankful for the President's Day sale, lol). As I sat with John during the purchase, I learned he had a whole different fancy career before becoming a Sleep Expert, and was at a point in life where he could really enjoy his new role. John's genuine and laid-back demeanor was refreshing, and with the bits of personalism he brought to the table, validated he was there because he's passionate about sleep education. My order was (fortunately) in stock, and he helped make sure it was delivered at my convenience. Mattress Firm was my first stop, but John made sure it was my only stop. I recommend him and this location as a valuable tool when looking to bring comfort back...

We were in need of a new mattress. Not sure where to go we decided to shop close to home. The first store was Mattress Firm in Glendora. We didn't have to go any further thanks to Victor. He is UNBELIEVABLE. He is incredibly knowledgeable and informative about all the brands of mattresses. His Attentive, friendliness, and his honest approach was enough for us. He took his time to help us find the perfect mattress on our needs, preferences, and most of all our BUDGET. We don't, like many of us don't have the big bucks to just throw it on a mattress. Victor totally worked with us to find the perfect mattress at the BEST DEAL. He didn't rush us like many or hoover over us awhile we were testing all the mattresses but was always within ear shot to answer any questions. If that's not enough, the icing on the cake was the NO PRESSURE environment. We left with a great mattress and super excited about our decision. The store is super clean and how they display the showroom is very nice. We Got Red Carpet service. Delivery was prompt and on time. They delivered my mattress right to my apartment and right to the bedroom. Set everything up with no problems. Hauled the old mattress out, cleaned everything up, and was on their way. We are now very happy, great comfort, and wonderful sleep. The Best place to shop. If I could I would give a hundred of stars. I will shop there again. Sweet Dreams ...
