Palm Tropics Motel — Hotel in Glendora

Wow, the place is a blast from the past outside - but is super nice inside the rooms. Very very nice people running the place. Our biggest issue was the mattresses are extra firm. My sis and I went and bought an egg-crate pad for our bed, but our 86 year old Mom loved her extra firm be. We stayed in room 108 (by the way there are only 12 rooms) Our room was 2 queen beds. Very clean bathroom all updated. Didn't watch much TV but had a nice newer large flat screen with DirectV & HBO. WiFi is okay, owner gave us three passwords for all of our devices knowing to prevent slower internet. Needed three chairs, asked & she got us another chair. Needed bath tub non skid mat and she brought us a brand new still in package one. Owner was very accommodating. Only Kerig coffee maker with sweet rolls & juice for breakfast. NO coffee maker in room but had refrigerator & microwave. 6 nights $750 +/- 3 adults. Important Note: Rooms 105 - 108 have some steps leading up to the room doors. Not many but if you are unable to navigate steps ask for rooms that don't have these steps. Also only king bed rooms have handicap accessible showers and I don't know how many they have of these. Call the owner, she is very helpful and will answer all your questions! I will definitely return to this motel...

One of my favorite places to go in Glendora looks kind of like run down but the rooms are really nice very clean the staff is very kind and the area that you're in is very safe you have great food all around you and a pharmacy next across the street which makes it very convenient the beds are nice and you can tell the maintenance of the place that they keep everything very clean so that's peace of mind I know and just a really great little pit stop place you know if you need rest while your travels prices are decent these have a hot tub room but they no longer have that so other than that they have like this one giant Bungalow room which is a huge like a little studio apartment basically which is really cool quiet clean they don't have breakfast in the morning that you have coffee and some like danishes and stuff now that you have an ice maker I think it's a really great little getaway room for you know if you have a date night or you know if you're resting on travels I would definitely stop in but really recommend this place the owner she's amazing really kind and they feel like just like a home it feels like home home...

I really enjoyed my stay at this motel. Right when I got here I was helped by this sweet lady, I started asking her about prices and how big the rooms were and she was kind enough to show me the rooms without me even bringing it up.( not a lot of people do that) I seen the queen size room and I liked it. When my boyfriend walked in the room he was pretty surprise to see that it was very clean, spacious and it had both a mini fridge and microwave. I also liked that there was a built in hairdryer in the bathroom. Very convenient because I forgot mine(lol).
