Been to a lot of bad McDonald's locations but outta nowhere this one takes the cake.
I never used to have any issues as this is the closest McD's to my house until now that basically every other visit, something is wrong. It's either food quality issues or rude workers or app issues and worse yet a horrible dine-in experience. It's not unknown now that going to MickyDs now is almost fully automated but now it seems like workers are outright rude and hate any requests despite a ton of faults. Every time I've ordered it's either missing sauces, wrong fries size, no drink, no napkins etc etc and don't you dare ask because they will give you the stink face or they are outright rude to your face. I've literally had stuff handed to me without the worker even acknowledging me. Don't get me wrong I'm all for no contact but when they forget stuff it's a problem. Now it's getting to the point that I've needed to file an official complaint with their corporation for the terrible attitude and service especially after basically getting kicked out last visit after complaining about a payment issue on their end. I might consider fixing this review after hearing back from their corporate line but I doubt it. Read moreThe manager Jeanette at this location has horrible customer service skills and has a very rude/condescending demeanor. Made my visit an unpleasant experience. I’ve come to this McDonald’s for breakfast and ordered the same thing more times then I can count on both of my hands. When I visit this location, I always order the deluxe breakfast meal and add a 69 cent hashbrown to the meal. I tried ordering it but Jeanette tells me they have never done that. I tell her there must be some confusion because I always order the extra hashbrown with no issues. She quickly gets agitated raising her voice saying it’s only with the combos. I ask for her name to follow up and I can tell she gets mad. I then tried adding an apple pie with my McDonald’s app code and I inform her my app is loading. Within a matter of 10 seconds, she aggressively says “just pull forward!”. By the time I get to the window, a cashier is helping me but she is the background pointing to her name tag saying the name is Jeanette like if I didn’t catch it the first time I asked. This lady literally fought with me for 69 cents which speaks a lot about their customer service. Read moreI went there this morning. My daughter had a softball game in that area. I told her good morning. The managers name was Anna. She was so rude so horrible and I was telling her that I was waiting for my daughter to get out of the bathroom to order and she said well ma'am, you need to hurry up or you need to not when there was nobody in line. I asked her for her name and I said can you please not be so rude she was so disrespectful. She was even yelling at her own people in the morning the man behind me said ma'am I never got my coffee. She says when I have time I'll get the coffee. I've never been to a McDonald's. I travel for softball, we always stop at McDonald's but that was the first McDonald's I ever went and got such a rude lady. She wouldn't even give me her name. One of the employees gave me her name because she said yeah she's always getting in trouble.
Anna, if you do not like your job, please do not work in a customer service. You were horrible and so disrespectful in front of my daughter. I am so embarrassed for McDonald's to have such a worker like this. This lady is crazy and unbalanced.
