Arby's — Restaurant in Glenpool

The counter guy was sitting on his tookus in front of the doors having a cigarette when we pulled up. We walk in almost immediately behind him and he saunters up to take our order without washing his hands. Gross. He doesn't say anything until it gets awkward, then he breaks the ice with "what do you want?" I reply with "Hello," and begin ordering. After a brutally long wait for our simple order, we finally get our food only to realize our cup of cheddar was half filled, and my wife's sandwich wrapper had cheddar all over it in a manner inconsistent with any possible sandwich leakage scenario. Double gross. My au jus leaked all over me and it took escalating the complaint before we were ever taken seriously. Also, you ain't fooling anyone with all of your 5 star, no comment reviews. It's obvious they're spam accounts when they just review random businesses with 5 stars and no words. Get real you feral...

I had a Reuben at lunch time. My order was taken correctly and in a timely manner. I dined inside due to a lengthy line at their drive thru. The inside was very clean and I was greeted upon entering. I was with 4 of my work colleagues. I was the 2nd out 6 to place my order. After paying for my meal and receiving my receipt I was given my medium drink cup and I proceeded to the fountain drink station. I made a coke with no issues and a lid and straw as well as napkins were available. I found a seat and placed my items in hand on the table. Within a minute or two they started calling our names in the order we placed them, to come and get our food. I grabbed my food and went back to chair and began eating. Everything was great. I was very happy with my meal and the temperature and proportions of meats on my Reuben were perfect. That being said, I highly recommend this Arby's...

For the last three times I have been to Arbys in Glenpool. My order is never right. I ordered a super Arbys roast beef with double meat. Always everytime! Made it a large meal. Was not asked what type of potato. I ordered an apple chicken salad sandwich. I received a Scoop meal???? I don’t even know what that is. I never order Curley fries they are always cold and Nasty! Next time can I just pull up and tell them I want something to eat for two people and give me what you want me to have That is basically what they do anyway. My husband works nights we have a thirty minute window to eat Dinner before he goes to work for twelve hours.
