McDonald's — Restaurant in Glenpool

All I ordered were 2 large Sprites & they couldn't even get that right. The girl at the drive thru window acted like she barely had time to hand me 1 drink because she was too busy restocking her lids. So I'm sitting there waiting for my other Sprite. She finally briefly looks at me & says, have a good day. I said I'm still waiting for my other drink. You just gave me one & I ordered 2. Maybe she already erased the order. Idk but I see her looking up at her screen like she's verifying that I ordered 2 drinks. Then, she hands me what I thought was another Sprite. If she didn't know what I ordered then she could have asked & I would have been glad to tell her. Understand that I live on the outskirts of town. It takes me 30 minutes to get home with my pizza that I bought from somewhere else & my 2 Sprites from McDonald's. I start eating my pizza then I take a big ol swig of water. Disappointed.. If it didn't take me 30 minutes to go back to McDonald's & 30 minutes to get back home to my pizza, then it might not be a big deal. I might could even understand if they were slammed with business, but I was the only one in the drive thru. My order wasn't even difficult. I just wanted what I paid for & I didn't want water. I guess I could have stuck my straw in both drinks & taste sampled them first before I drove home, but the other drink wasn't even for me. With Covid going around ppl probably don't want me taste sampling their drinks or food anyway. I mean I shouldn't even have to taste sample everything I get from McDonald's in fear that they're too incompetent to hand me the right order. I guess I need to double check at the window & ask them if they're super sure that's a Sprite before I...

We have never had high expectations but recently they seem to have gone completely off the rails. We ordered on the app and picked it up curbside. There were no fewer than a dozen cars that were there after us that had left with their food and we were still sitting there. Twenty minutes and I finally went inside to see what was going on. One lady was acting like the sky was falling and when she asked another employee to help get food out to people that were waiting she said she was doing something else. I asked why it was taking so long to get a couple of sandwiches and some biscuits and gravy and the manager on duty didn't even acknowledge me. I knew I should have checked the bag before I left but was in a rush at that point and, of course, my wife's food was missing. When I went back I had to flag someone down to let them know and get her food. Then we find out that they made one of the coffees wrong. We had said we weren't going back but the kids asked specifically for sausage egg and cheese biscuits so we caved. In 4 years living in this town and eating there more than I care to admit they have been decent maybe 10% of the time and we should have given up long ago but there aren't that many options. We have addressed the issues on more than one occasion and it just never gets better. I blame myself for continuing to spend money there knowing it will probably be wrong...

Walked in to three employees running around crazy thinking okay short staffed we will order and hope for the best! After waiting 30 min for our food as they just focused on the drive and not on lobby mind you we was the only orders beside all the deliveries getting pick up. Well we thought we will at least get our drinks nope no one wanted to help then like three more employees showed up! Yay right…. Not! They again getting that drive in the green as we watched our order just flash in red…. Well after about 20 min finely got our cups for the drinks! Yay us then…. We had to stand there and stare like vultures, to get our order even worked on…. A guy came up rude like can I help you… well just waiting on our food my dude. Then god forbid we ask for our nuggie dips… just give me my sweet n sour so these two starving teens will stop looking at me like I done messed up and brought them here. Got our food at least it was fresh I do give them that. But lord lobby...
