Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Gloucester Point

After researching Marco's Pizza online and hearing the story (which is very interesting) I decided to give them a try. They had sent a flyer to the house and had a $6.99 one topping medium pizza which I ordered(Pepperoni) over the phone for pickup. They were slightly unorganized through the ordering and pickup process but hey they just opened and we're busy. In time I'm sure they will figure this minor issue out and be on point.The staff upfront was very courteous though. To the pizza..It was AMAZING.. The cheese,the sauce, the crust all excellent. Best chain pizza I have ever had and one of the better Pizzas I have...

I placed an order for a pizza online for the Commander Shepherd location, but for some reason it went to this George Washington location, which is 20 minutes from my home. I drove all the way there for the location doors to be locked, and a female worker looking at me knock on the door, and ignoring me, although on Google it said the store was still open. My order number is 152, and I’d like a refund of my order that wasn’t received.

Update I reached out to the Manager this morning, and he remedied the issue without any problems. So for him alone, I am changing my initial one star review,...

10/22/23 7:17pm Ive experienced the worst service here . I ordered the food 38 min before i got there an still had to wait 20min. He was putting the pizza in there when we arrived . he got the whole order wrong . It was supposed to be well done with 2 pizza cups . instead i got a runny pizza looked undone and i got ranch cups. extremely horrible service with the guy with locs . they were procrastinating extremely long wait times . Didnt make sure my order was done . He seen us at the counter and acted like we werent there maybe cause he knew he didnt cook our food yet...
