🚨⚠️DON'T FALL FOR THEIR SCAM ON THE APP!⚠️🚨 We use order apps very regularly, and have only EVER had an issue with Burger King. EVERY time my family and I have ordered through the app recently(3 times, and from 2 different locations), when we arrive to pick up our food, they told us that they didn't have some of our items, but they COULDN'T give us a refund bc we ordered through the app. You have to go to the app and send a detailed message stating exactly what happened, and beg for your money back, and they decide if they want to send you a $5 offer that usually doesn't even cover the cost of the items you don't receive, let alone the gas and inconvenience. Then when you continue to use the app, but they continue to keep menu items that they don't have, it will happen again, and they continue to tell you that they don't have your items, but they can't do refunds anymore, you have to do this process. Then they tell you that there has been too many mistakes lately(Bc of their "mistakes" of menu items that they don't have, and lazy workers.), so they are rejecting your claim. So basically on 3 occasions we drove to BK just to give them a donation that they apparently need soo badly, and then drove home. DO NOT LEAVE BK IF THEY TELL YOU THEY DON'T HAVE YOUR FOOD WHEN YOU GET THERE, CALL THE COPS SO THAT THEY CAN FORCE A WELL DESERVED REFUND! It's a great scam, though. With enough people(which BK has), that's a great scam.👏👏 And that's not to include the constant food and drink mistakes where someone always winds up not eating because they didn't get their food, and halvsies only having 4 onion rings(every time we've ordered, no matter the size), and being half full and cold food.👎 I can't imagine all the poor doordash type ppl.😮💨 Highly recommend...
Read moreI have noticed that if you order a sandwich that has mayonnaise, you have to tell them light on the mayonnaise unless you like more mayonnaise than actual sandwich. The last time I went, I dined in.. all 4 employees, plus the manager, were more worried about taking care of the drive-thru customers. The drive thru was steady, but they were not waiting in line.There were 9 customers waiting inside for 20 min. before they took an inside order.. then another 10 minutes waiting for your food.. when I got my food.. the bun fell apart when I picked it up and when you bit into the bun, it would crumble. The fries were OVERLY salted. I went up to the counter to ask for fries with no salt.. stood there for another 10 minutes and did not get waited on.. I ate the sandwich and threw the fries out.. I'm a convience store mgr. and we sell food. So I get being short-handed and busy. However, this was totally unacceptable. UPDATE! Tried this location again. Asked for cheese on my chicken sandwhich.. didnt get the cheese! See pics! And again.. the fries are overly salted!
NO MORE! 3 random times I tried this burger king... each time gets worse and worse.. Now they are serving MOLDY Bread.....
Read moreDO NOT EAT HERE! This was the worst experience ever! The manager tried to talk to me like a child. He threaten me that he was about to jump over the counter to fight me. All because my order was messed up. They had to remake burgers twice after trying to slip in the ones that were messed up. He told us we had to leave! I brought 2 of my children there after school to have a meal and play in the playground. My children were traumatized! We will not be going back to this establishment ever! Worst customer service experience ever in my life! Burger King has been my favorite for 30 years +. Not anymore!
